Shoutout to Ortiz Towing — these guys are super professional, quick, and fair with their pricing. I had a really disappointing experience with Ortiz Towing Service. I called them 15 minutes before they closed to confirm they had three tires I needed, and they gave me a price. When I showed up the next day, they acted like they didn’t remember our conversation at all. They only had two tires instead of three, and they even changed the price on me. When I mentioned the call, they just brushed it off and were unprofessional about the whole situation. Definitely not what I expected and won’t be going back.
