this guy stole a car and promise to pay ,. lead me to believe he was honest took a car from tennessee dmv rob me ,. of my car i am now filing legal actions as of today bad business buying junkcars i will post legal here once the court get to his junksite ,. i will not stop until the owner be brought in on theft by taken , stay here for police report

I’m very pleased with Dennis hall and the help I got from the lady at the front desk. She was unbelievable. She was answering every phone on her own and still managed to be attentive, respectful and professional with me. I won’t be going anywhere else to get my parts ! She was very helpful all the way around ! I cant believe how busy they were and she handled everyone with a very professional manner! Very shady and have false scales! I will never take scrap copper or brass to them ever again. If you do not know anything about brass they will rob you instead of helping you out. Mr Miller might not be that way but he's not running the office it's some old lady. Stay away make the trip to Nashville or some other scrap company.

The guy working the station was really rude and did not seem to like his job. I unloaded everything as fast as I could but the worker made the experience seem miserable. I own a small business and would not treat customers this way. Only reason for 2 stars is I got paid for unwanted trash.

Customer service is worst I ever seen want to go look at a motor and they Hispanic man will not sell it told me get because I asked for mileage negative 100 don’t spend your money here

**SCAM ALERT*** DO NOT USE!!!! I pulled up on the scale and nobody was around, so I took a picture of the scale. Weighed in at 2,920. Pulled around and finally found someone and she told me to pull back onto the scales. So I did. She made sure I stopped in a precise spot. Not before, not after. At that point, I Weighed in at 2890. I asked why I was weighing less to which she responded "let me go get the boss". Well, while she was walking up the hill a little i rolled forward a little bit and the scale jumped up to 2910. Rolled a little more, 2950. The owner finally showed up and i mentioned it and he immediately demanded that I leave. And had nothing to say about the fluctuations of the scale and the low weight stopping point that they are trying to get you to stop on.

I would stay away from here and be skeptical of the positive reviews. My experience has been shady at best. I bought an engine took it home installed it and it cranked very slow and stopped cranking at one cylinder every time. I immediately called to let them know and the guy immediately started in with things I must have done wrong or my parts were bad. Out of common courtesy I told him if he didn’t mind me opening the engine up I would try his suggestions and double check my work. This took several days and several hundred dollars in fluids alone. While doing this I discovered the engine stopped cranking every time it tried to move the #6 piston and this was due to a busted connecting rod. First thing Monday morning I called to tell him what I found and thought that would be the end of it and I would just take it back and be refunded my money. Nope, he starts talking about giving me credit for other parts, then says he can sell it to me as a core and credit me the price difference for parts. I said I just wanted to do a refund and he said ok then proceeds to tell me when I can and can’t bring it back. I said I would see if anything was salvageable as a core and call him right back. Now no answer. This is after I spent 6 hours helping him pull the engine only to find the turbo impeller was destroyed and the engine would barely turn by hand. At that point I told him I didn’t trust t the engine and was going to pass on it. I had driven 3 hours, worked 6 and still had 3 more to drive home. So I specifically said because of all the work we had done I will take it because he reassured me again and again I could just bring it back if it was bad. As of this review It appears as if I am getting the runaround described In other reviews. Like I said shady at best, but more like fraudulent business practices bordering on criminal.

This is a long way out. But the product that I received was well worth it and the service was dynamite. Good lookin AA auto savage.

I drive 5 hours 1 way to pick up a part for my truck. I was very pleased with the price, very pleased with the whole transaction. I found them through Facebook and we kept in contact. I encourage everyone to use them. We got the part on a Saturday, had it put in on Tuesday. No issues at all.

I purchased 2 cars from Keith almost 1 years ago and they both are still working fine. Keith gave me a good deal with a fair price.. Keith is very professional and yet a very down to earth man. He helps in any way he can. He is fair and trys to do his best to make people happy. I'm going today to buy another car from him. If you need a car go to him.

Crooks!!! No signs showing price per 100 on scrap. Scale house don't tell you until your truck is unloaded. They paying less than half of scrounging yards. I asked management why they are so low. He responded ive just not went up like everyone else sorry. And proceeded to give me the money for my scrap at less than 50% of surrounding areas. Me and my family have went there for 3 generations. Not anymore

Knowledgeable, friendly, a good place for Super Duty parts. A little out of the way for local pickup but worth it. I'll be doing business with them in the future.
