Exactly how long does it take for the pay out on copper?? Pitts took it on 6/21 there's not been any payment recieved.. Supposed to be a week, but its close to 3 weeks now.... Asking for a friend.....

I've called a few times to check prices with no answer Or voicemail that's full. I finally clicked talk to a person. They put me on hold and hung up. Could of been an accident. Hard to get a hold of these pepple.

Twice now I have gone to your aluminum can drop off. I checked the hours of operation on your FB page and it said open til 330. So I drive all the way across town and pull up at 1015am just as the attendant is locking up for a 2 hour break. So now I have to drive home and come back after wasting my gas driving across town for a second time. If I could I would give zero stars. Unfortunately you are the only place within 100 miles to recycle.

They are thieves, they are constantly changing their minds on how they want their metal sorted. They give 1/2 the price other local scrap yards give, they are rude, and unprofessional. They also drop their prices unexpectedly without any actual drop in market/stock. The man at lower bay, Eli, is also very rude and doesn't even fully Do his job. It's ridiculous! Do NOT waste your time on these manipulative people.

Very terrible business and terrible customer service. Drove an hour away and even called before hand to make sure of and once I arrived they changed their minds and costed me more time and money than the trip was worth. DO NOT RECOMMEND

If I could give it a 0 I would, this place makes its own hours and own discrepancy. If your there 5 minutes before closing time and someone is in front of you expect to be turned away. Take your business elsewhere
