Horrible customer service, I call them to sell my car and the women that answer my call hang out the phone on me while I was asking her a question. She was very rude.

Excellent service from start to finish. I called More Cash for Junk Cars Atlanta to see if they'd be interested in an old box truck our company wanted to get rid of. The person who answered was polite and they quickly gave me a quote. We set up a time for them to come by, and they even called ahead to confirm. The pickup was seamless; they were in and out in minutes. I was impressed by their professionalism and communication. It was a pleasure doing business with them.

I called to see if they might have a driver side front door for a Chevy van, the guy would tell me that they had one but he couldn't tell me if it was manual or power. I need a door with power windows and locks. I asked could someone look and let me know because I can get a manual one locally. The guy hung up on me. Really nice people, huh. They must be making so much money they don't need my business. Very rude.

It opened up this summer 2024 and it’s amazing. On the other side it has diving boards and it’s 15ft deep. It was movie night and they played SHARKS TALE.

Horrible customer service experience. Walked into building no greeting. Was told to wait outside until they pulled the part. But they had 2 other ppl, another race, nothing was said to them. Waited about 15-20 minutes while they pulled the part. The guy came out & whistled outside as if he was calling an animal. If I did not need the part, I would have left & went somewhere else. They need be thankful for their customers & improve on their customer service.

This place was great. Friendly and helpful. Went to buy scrap metal and they were cheaper than elsewhere and had what I needed. Will return.
