Any good reviews from here has to be friends or family. This place socks in every possible way a scrap yard can, rude, lies, and much more. Just go next door. Try both and you tell me

I DO NOT recommend this place. My husband and I have done business there regularly. After today, we intend to take our business elsewhere. After my husband sat in line 45 mins.. they very rudely shut the gate on him. 45 mins he waited.. and you just shut the gate and tell him you are closed when he finally gets to the front. We will be reporting our experience to the Better Business Bureau as well.This is the second time this has happened.

A great place to do business and they give the best prices in Augusta. At the weigh in you are always greeted with a smile by Wendy. She is always hustling and smiling and never keeps you waiting long in line.

Very disappointed when my significant other told me the people were rude, didn't want to unload the trailer that had over 3000 lbs and unable to unload by hand. Not sure if got a good price without looking up other scrap yard prices. We were told this is the place you want to go but I would suggest somewhere else unless you like rudeness.

It's Saturday and they're not open. Website says they are open and the gate says they are open on Saturdays... wasted my time today

The people working there very nice and very helpful. The guy at the guy was so good at his job and kept things moving! He was nice and was even sexy which made the wait easier. Prices were real low but served my purposes!

Frustrating to have to back up to the bay just to unload a couple of bags of cans . The one older man is rude to the point of being obnoxious . He needs a 2 weeks vacation twice a year . He does his job and takes it seriously . I feel off the job he is a nice person but like most of us older people our stress level is not what it use to be . I would hate to see him leave because the person that would replace him couldn't do the job he does . He gets 10 stars .

This morning I took 440 pounds of scrap metal, a couple of mowers and an old motor. We were told to weigh our stuff, unload, then re-weigh. After weighing we were given a receipt. I took it inside and asked her if I was seriously only being paid $8.80 and 440 pounds. I then asked if I could pick up what we just dumped and was told no. What a rip off!! $8.80 for 440 pounds! That’s .02 per pound! No one pays less!!! I was hoping to help pay a bill but now I can’t even get a full tank of gas! Thanks SA recycling for wasting my time and ripping me off!! We will NOT be back!!!

Under staffed on scale. Played ring around the Rose's trying to get unloaded because noone identified the metal in my box.
