Part was listed on Car-Parts as "Undamaged", had someone else pick the part up for me going on that listing and this is what I got. When I called and asked about a refund I was pretty much told that I paid for the part so it's mine.

Good scrapyard and usually a fair price. I was reading some of these other Comments and one in particular said the people there were rude. Well this isn’t Walt Disney World this is a scrap yard. They have been very kind to me and is exactly what I expect when I go to the scrapyard! So maybe the people that wrote a bad review needs to re think about what is expected. Just saying.

They forgot to come pick up my vehicle THREE TIMES!!! I scheduled a pickup on three different occasions and they never showed up. After they didn't show up the third time I called them and it went straight to voice mail. I couldn't leave a message because the mail box was full! I texted the number and never got a response. I wasted my time waiting on them! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE!

Hello, I bought a transmission from Southern Auto Salvage on 05/24/2025 and KY looked up the part in there system and told me I needed an all wheel drive transmission. Which was the wrong part for 2009 Lexus IS 250. I call KY and told him they delivered the wrong part to the repair shop. KY told me they would have to take 35% from the over all total that I paid total of $900.00 that they would only refund me ($585.00) back. This was KY fault. He also hung up in my face after I was trying to get this issue resolved. Finally week later in June after calling them so many time I spoke with Chris then Jay got a refund for $585.00. Chris and Jay did apologize for KY hanging up on me but KY never apologized. Make sure you READ THE BACK OF THE RECEIPT!!! If anything goes wrong they will blame you for it !! THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!!! DONT BUY FROM THEM.....RUN

Hey New Review Alert : My terminals needed to be replaced on my battery. They got me right together for the best price I’m grateful for! Customer service is great !!! I also am purchasing 2 new tires for my truck . The guy is putting them on now ! Be back with an update ! I 100% recommend !!!

The older gentleman gave us food from his garden! He made a bad situation a lot better! Car is totaled but he still managed to make us feel better! Very grateful!!

The management seems to have changed and the scale operators have, too. I asked for help separating some materials and they showed me how it needs to be. Edit 5/7. Looks like the folks that care have moved on. You take your safety in your hand to go in this place. Dangerous stuff strewn everywhere and oil soaked floors and ground is waiting for someone to fall and get hurt.
