I called with a question and was ignored and asked if i was calling to junk my car-said not interested and refused to answer my question without a condecending tone. Sucks for you, you never know who knows who or refers who or what.Good luck failing in your business.Receptionist is nice though, hopefully she finds a better job!

I called and i didn't even finish speaking and they hung up on me in 30 seconds, I have never been disrespected like that by any buisness anywhere. And i was basically gonna give them a car for free if they had let me finish speaking.

Had a great experience junking a car with these guys. It was simple I called them and told them honestly what the best offer I received was and asked if they could beat it. They did and I accepted!
