I desperately needed a radiator for my 08’ dodge charger and after calling what seems like every salvage yard/parts place in Philly I came across Cottman Auto Body. After arriving to the shop they explained I could get a brand new radiator w/ a 1 year warranty for $20 more than what every other business was quoting me for a used one w/ a 30 day warranty . After letting them know I wanted a new one they had it ordered, delivered to the shop, & ready for me to pick up within 2 hours. I can’t say enough good things about this shop! Not only was the customer service amazing but from the beginning they had my best interest in mind and what would be a better deal for me in the end. Recommend 10/10 if you’re looking for vehicle parts and/or a service center! THANKS AGAIN GUYS!!!

Very bad experience, will not buy from them again. I found the engine for a reasonable price. The guy on the phone said it’s been visually checked, and free of oil leaks. Obviously when I showed up the engine had some major leaks all over. I drove 4 hours to pick it up and didn’t want to drive back empty. The next day I decided to replace the valve cover gasket and found out the engine had some timing chain problem and the oil seems to solidify and turned into gel. I contacted them again. They didn’t want the engine back, because they said I supposedly took it apart. So I ended up paying for the engine and rebuilding it myself, just because I can’t put not working engine on the car.

Sold me a bad axle, and wont take it back because its past the 30 days. Didn’t know it was bad because i didn’t install it right away. But when i did, my rear right tire was facing inward towards the car. Axle tube was bent

Just went there for the first time after finding out about Ridge Metals being closed and they were awesome. Great customer service and good prices. I’ll definitely be going there for now on especially since it’s hard to find a fair deal in Norristown for scrap metal. I looked up prices online before I went and they beat what I found during my research. Also I’ve been reading some of the comments and I just have to say what kind of person complains about walking a few feet to put stuff in a bin. If they hired more people to do that it would lower what you’d get for your scrap.

I've been going to many different scrap yards my whole life... I think they're one of the best.They take the time to go through my stuff because I. The employees has changed over the years.But I still think they're all good people.They do really take their time... And like I said , I bring a lot of various stuff in small mounts some Weeks I bring in a couple small motors Sometimes I bring in copper. Other times I bring in a variety of stuff and they're always very good.I feel I get paid fair

Great place for u pull it parts. Have a huge selection of GM and Ford vehicles. Multiple cars for the model I needed. Yard is organized and the staff are helpful in pointing you in the right direction. Prices are very good vs other used part yards. The have wheel barrows available for use. Lots of debris in the lanes, makes it a little difficult if you have a cart.

Very nice people. They are fast and efficient. I think that they are extremely fair on prices for both buying and selling.

I went in on a Saturday. I had copper and brass. I went in the office with my boots and hard hat on. Showed my Id. Backed my car in the garage. The worker was helpful telling me how to get the most out of what I had by sorting it. Went back to the office to get my paperwork. Then I went to the cash machine to get paid. Everything took about 20 minutes. The place was clean and paid top dollar. They provide a service by paying people for scrap and keeping it out of a landfill. This place is so much better than any scrap yard in the city. If you need someone to hold your hand this place isn’t for you.If they have to pay more for insurance so you can bring your kids and not wear a hard hat they can’t pay top dollar. If they pay someone to sort your cat food and tuna cans they can’t pay top dollar. If they have to pay overtime because you come in ten minutes before close they can’t pay top dollar.

Great service and got my part from the time I called to the time I get there they had my part ready which was less than 20 minutes so I'm happy
