I used their service to get rid of my very old car. Tara was amazing at walking me through the process and coordinating the pick up time around my schedule. Great customer service!!! The guy who came to pick up my car came on time and was very friendly. It was a painless process. Highly recommend this company!

Called to junk a car on a Friday. Setup an appointment for Monday, received a call saying they could do it Saturday. Never heard back from them on Saturday. Called Monday at the time we scheduled and they couldn’t fit me in for the day and was rescheduled for Wednesday. Don’t waste your time... just go/call somewhere else

I called on a Thursday to schedule a time to have my car picked up on Friday, as I needed to take off of work to be there to meet the tow truck driver and assist with getting my car off the street. I was told that I would get a call that evening to confirm the pick up time. I never got a call, so first thing Friday morning I called to ask if the time was scheduled. I again was told that I would be called back after they took my info down (again). Two hours later I called again, and was told the same thing and once AGAIN I never received a call. I took the bus 30min away to where my broken down car was located at my former residence to be there for the 3:30 pick up time, as I had already scheduled time off of work and was hoping for the best. At 3:45 I got a call telling me that they would not be coming and to schedule a time for them to be there the following day. Being that the following day, Saturday, I couldn't make it happen because I had plans to go out of the area for the weekend I told them I couldnotc do that and that I waited 2hrs for them to show up already. I was told that they would contact me on Saturday to attempt to schedule a time for either Monday or Wednesday, as I requested (because on a weekday they would be able to remove my car off the street because on weekends cars are always parked in front of and behind my vehicle, making it very difficult for a tow truck to pull it off the street.) Saturday evening I text the "tow truck driver" back and she said she was working on getting me a time for Monday and would get back in touch with me within the hour with a time so I could be assured of it and therefore take off of work knowing 100% that I wouldn't waste my time again. An hour came, then went. It is now Sunday night and despite another attempt tonight to schedule a pick up time I have not received a single response from them anymore. After being told FIVE TIMES that I would be contacted with a time to have my car picked up, missing a day of work and getting extremely frustrated I now have to call another company to schedule a time to get my car removed from the street and take yet another day off of work to be sure it is done. I will never attempt to do business with these guys again. VERY poor customer service.

Stacey provided me with exceptional service. I’ve visited this location 2 times already and both times my expectations were exceeded. If you’re looking for spare auto parts at a reasonable price this is the place to visit!

The workers there name big boy was very helpful and he took his time showing me alll.the car seats for my car so I can Select the best one. Hey truly show great customer service and because him I will be back and refer others... He's definitely getting 5 star for customer service

I called to ask a question about junking my car and told the woman what kind of car I had and before I could ask my question she just kept rudely saying $175 $175 $175 before I could say anything. Terrible experience will not recommend these people
