Great group of guys to work with!!My motorcycle broke down on a Sat night. It was cold out. My insurance failed to deliver there towing service. Called Vinces and the guy was out quickly with a roll back. He was so great to work with and realized my personal concern for my bike!! He took his time and towed the bike to the shop. He stored it in his locked garage until I could get the insurance company to do their job. He offered me a ride in the truck back to the shop. He dropped me off at the dinner down the road on his way home, so I could get a warm cup of coffee and where my brother could pick me up to take me home. He went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of!!! I would definitely recommend this salvage yard/ towing shop for any towing services with no hesitation.....thank you to everyone at Vince's for that night!

So getting car towed is never a happy moment..but they were super nice..answered phone quickly gave me directions and made a bad moment..not so bad at all..they take cash or credit..great people!

I called and talked to some lady who claimed to be the supervisor and she told me they could tow my car to Lancaster for $250. When I went to get my car out (which costed $745) she then said they couldn’t take it there. They were happy to take my money from my car just sitting there but when it came time to actually have to do something they were too lazy. I guess they didn’t need the additional $250 after the $700 pay day lol. Everyone here is so rude and they’re extremely unorganized. Such a sad business

I bought a trail blazer and 1 mth later I needed the 4 wheel drive and nothing I replaced switch and something else figured it was something stupid and still didn't work i called and they wouldn't due nothing try saying they used the 4by4 witch full of s t so there bunch of thief s Service: Vehicle purchasing

Vince's Has Closed Out of Business.

My steering box broke and I couldn't steer my car. It pulled to the right and swiped a parked car. Since i couldn't drive the car that way, Vince's towing was recommended and called to tow my car. I then asked them to repair the steering for me. I am a disabled and wounded veteran living on a meager income. When I told this to Vince, he took pity on me and fixed my car very well at a very reasonable price. He is a very decent man who helped me out tremendously and made sure my car was right and safe. He is a real professional and a good friend to our military and the disabled veterans of Reading. Thank you.

Used to be a good place to get a repo car at their auction, i personally got a couple vehicles years ago,not anymore... they buy the cars themselves and resell them to you... , let's see what happens to matos towing now that they have half the contract from the city....

I get my cars inspected at Vince's. Rod Breitenstien is a great machanic and honest. I never worry that he's doing work that's not needed. Great place to have your car inspected or repaired.

Vince's Towing is a perfect example of how NOT to tow a vehicle. They do not care about the vehicles they tow. Look at their prices compared to anyone... contracted by police for legal robbery. wolves in sheeps clothing.
