I sold/had towed a 2015 Ford Escape with front end damage (I'm not a mechanic so I'm not sure what all was or wasn't damaged in the accident)..ONE damaged door and one MINORLY scuffed back panel..like new high mileage tires that were put on less than 6 months ago (cost me $1000 for all 4) and the car DOES run. I accept it needed work. I'm not arguing that. It's just a shock when you're quoted $1700 on the phone and end up only getting a check for half of that. My advice to the company moving forward is...please be honest with people! Tell clients they will get an estimate once the driver comes out and looks the vehicle over! Least then the expectations aren't unrealistic and the seller doesn't get gut punched.

I started as a customer, and now am very good friends with the owner Augustine. I only let him work on my vehicles! Definitely recommend his business for all your automotive needs. He is very knowledgeable, and helpful with small, or bigger issues!

Haven't been in much in this yard in over a year but now anytime I now need a part I'll go to 195 for the parts that I need. The prices are a lot more reasonable than a lot of other places I've been pulling parts from warranties are better than some other places also I've had no problem funding any parts that I've been looking for for all my vehicles that I've been working on so from this point on 195 has my full gratitude for their services from the premium yard to the old yard. And a customer service is pretty much on the mark I'm walking in to the yard too leaving the yard thank you for y'all service guys appreciate it

I recently returned a tire rim to this auto salvage yard for a refund after discovering it was defective. (rims tugged at the tire and caused damage) . Concerned , I brought it back and politely explained the issue expecting a courteous resolution. To my shock, the staff blatantly called me a liar to my face. Despite my calm and respectful approach. I have never had a practice of lying and had no reason to lie fin this case. I was able to get my refund back . I've never felt so humiliated as a customer at any establishment in all my 60 years. This experience was not only unprofessional but deeply upsetting. Needless to say , I will not be returning to this business and would advise others to think twice=e before purchasing here

Quick and courteous service. Had to get rid of an old broken down vehicle and asked if it was possible to get it done that day, I told them what I wanted for the vehicle and they agreed to stop by that same afternoon to have a look. Vehicle was gone within 45 minutes. Great service, would definitely call them again and recommend them.

Got great assistance from staff, especially Wano “superman” who went above and beyond to find the right auto part i needed. Was greeted with enthusiasm; great customer service and great prices.

Would not sell me the part I was looking for. But had a great explanation - used part wouldn't be any better than what I had. Very good point, so they ordered me a new after market part and it will last much longer.
