When our son had a car accident on a rainy night, the owner himself, came and towed his car. It was at the lot for a week or so. When we went and paid the bill the owner was very nice and helpful.I would recommend them if you need a car towed.

I used them twice in 3 days for two different vehicles to be towed. Loved there fast response and fast show up. Has the same driver both times, Nathan, and he was awesome. Polite and helpful. I will be using them for all my towing needs. Highly recommend them! Service: Car towing

My experience was very good. Giovanni helped me through the entire process. He answered all my questions, was very clear with what information he needed, and proceeded without any pressure whatsoever. My process started with a phone call on Friday afternoon and I had a check in hand on Monday.

Let me tell you from the get go I was very impressed with this scrap yard. I called for prices on a few materials. I explain to the lady that I would be a new customer . Gave her my reasons for leaving the others . (Scrapyard) she said you have any problems you call me back . No need to call her again except for prices. Everyone was nice even the public people that was there dropping there scrap there. Talked to 2 different people before I ever met an employee. Helpful to me pointing me in the right direction. Called at 1pm on a Tuesday. Nobody answered, no machine took a message, no forwarding phone or service. Do better.

We called in today and when we called in first Linchelle answered and was looking up information for our car and we was told the car was picked up and not in there savage yard anymore . Then we was put on hold she recheck again and said no its here . Then I tried to explain what was happening with the car so she can know what State farm said and every time I talk she talked over me again and again then i just stop talking because she got very rude and was like this what Im telling you in a attitude voice and im telling her I understand can you listen to me and she continue to talk over me I ask can I speak to s manager because she is being very rude she said you can do that . Then she said he's not available and his name bruce I said I will wait on the call .this is bad business for a customer that's already frustrated and the have to be treated with no respect on the phone . If she is going to be disrespecting customers maybe she don't need to be answering the phone

This is a mid-sized salvage yard. As between 3 & 4 stars, I'll say 4 because their people are helpful. I've gone there a few times to pull parts I needed so my experience is limited to that. They may offer other services I'm not aware of. They open earlier than other places (+) and close about the same time. Prices are fair and on par with similar places. There is no entry fee. (+) Here's what I suggest: 1) Whatever question you have about their business, Call First. They have always answered the telephone when I've called, and every time I've been there they have at least two people in the office area managing things. (+) They have very limited information on available vehicles on their desktop website and no visibility into inventory on a mobile platform. (-) 2) Before you call, know the part you need and look it up on an official parts distributor's website... And watch the details such as sidedness, engine size, AWD, Accord Sedan v Accord Crosstour, etc. See what year models that part was used in. For instance, if you needed a Ford part, it may be found on five Ford models over three years and two Lincoln models over 4 years. When you call you'll be able to ask for any of the models. Being mid-sized they have most vehicles. 3) You will need tools, and I would not count on a wheelbarrow being available. But even in places with more of them, it's a crap shoot on getting one. I suggest that you bring a dolly, wagon, or whatever if you need several tools or get a heavy part. 4) Check in at the office where they'll tell you the locations of the vehicle they have in the list you made above. 5) Check out is pretty standard. Bring your pulled parts to the office. They'll mark them for return purposes and charge you.

Absolutely horrible customer service. Called and sent pics on several occasions and would not even return my phone call. Only called bc they were the closest. Finally called other salvage yards and got great service and a great price with no attitude

I went looking for an alternator and found a place that is truly a hidden gem. Prices and service was right on the money and not bad on the wallet. If you need a part, call ahead. It may take 20-30 minutes to go pull the part you need. They're very professional. Yet they've not lost that friendly attitude. Tell them that Ken sent you. It won't get you a discount or anything. But it will leave them wondering who I am, lol.

They also partner with Statfarm, and anytime I need roadside assistance they were there ASAP to come get me and my ride. LOVE EM!!

Only reason I'm leaving a 1 star review is because my wife said Nova was very nice and professional, but the rest of our experience was horrific. DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE MONEY! They do not care about your time, situation, or money. My wife ordered an essential part, had it shipped to the springdale location when asked Fayetteville or springdale for shipping. She drove to Springdale with enough gas to make it home, and they told us they had NO order for us. We ordered it from the springdale location, to the springdale location. Nova wasn't working, but the man told my wife he would figure it out, and never called her or notified her. My wife had to call around all the other locations, and do YOUR jobs, to find her part you guys screwed up. I hope you go out of business, idiots.
