Our truck broke down on a Sunday in Malvern while under a load. Our company hired Blue Hill to come take the truck to a dealer in Little Rock. We had to wait on another company truck to come take the trailer. Don, our tow truck driver, stayed in contact with my husband all day getting the details lined up. He was on time, very professional and very quick about hooking up the truck. I would highly recommend Blue Hill.

Towed my car to the wrong shop after specifically giving them the address. I called back and dispatch was supposed to call me back, never did. My vehicle ended up getting broke into at the address they delivered to and my possessions were stolen 😡😡😡. Hopefully my roadside assistance company will help me resolve this issue. I just had a great experience with Blue Hill Wrecker and Towing. These guys are incredible. I had a huge problem and called them and they solved it immediately. In less than thirty minutes, they had removed a van that was abandoned on my property.Adam Potts was the driver and he is very professional. The service was exceptional and thorough. My Tow Truck Driver made sure my truck, trailer and myself were safe and secure when we arrived at Freightliner. He also went a step further and asked if I wanted him to drop me off at the hotel. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who needs roadside service. EXCELLENT SERVICE. My motor home experienced catastrophic brake failure 85 miles from home. My insurance company contacted Blue Hill Wrecker and Towing. I explained my problem to Amanda and she dispatched a service tech to my location. The service tech Danny quickly determined the cause of the brake failure and contacted the office with photographs and description of the damage and what parts that needed to be replaced. Many hours were spent locating the parts and getting them shipped. With parts in hand, The mechanic Alec, repaired the brake system and had me on the road in 5 hours. Arrived home with no problems. The entire experience was problem free thanks to the great service provided by Blue Hill. My thanks to Amanda, Danny, Joe, and Alec for their professionalism and the experienced staff.
