I ordered a used motor for my pickup truck. Paid over the phone, had options for delivery destination i.e. my shop, home ect. It was timely in the delivery, but freight trucking has been challenging here lately. Picked it up bright and early in the morning. Im not complaining, and I would suggest LKQ for used car parts to friends and family.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! If I could leave 0 stars I would. I have been calling for several days now and have left voicemail's, with NO return calls. Then this morning I've called 8 times and everytime sales answers the phone, they pick up and hang up!? I was calling to see if they had a hood in stock, but I literally cant get in touch with anyone at this location! If your in need of parts, this definitely is NOT the location to use!

Every time I can't find a part, they have it. The absolute best salvage service in Northwest Arkansas. I have tried others but they pale in comparison. Always helpful and willing to point you in the right direction as well!
