I went looking for an alternator and found a place that is truly a hidden gem. Prices and service was right on the money and not bad on the wallet. If you need a part, call ahead. It may take 20-30 minutes to go pull the part you need. They're very professional. Yet they've not lost that friendly attitude. Tell them that Ken sent you. It won't get you a discount or anything. But it will leave them wondering who I am, lol.

The woman there doesn't want to sell anything that's money-making. I bought a throttle body not long ago and asked the Der gentleman how much was tires. He said it depends on the tread, and I called today. The woman said they dont sell tires. Wish someone would get their employees right. One min they selling parts next min they are not. I thought junk yards are in business of selling parts, not pick and choose 1 day to next what you selling. No way to conduct business

My most recent experience with Pik-A-Part was very good. They went to some trouble to determine what part I needed, that they did not have it, but it was available about35 miles away. Then they offered to pick it up for me. I said I would be going that way in 3 weeks so it didn't need to be shipped. The owners daughter said she could probably pick it up in 2 weeks. We agreed whoever got there first. It turned out she sent a text. She had it in no extra charge in 8 days. Picked it up and all looks good.

Rude, hateful and unappreciative for business lady working the counter and they will not allow you to go out and look at any parts yourself. I don’t know why anyone would want to support a place that treats customers as idiots ruining their day by coming in and wanting to buy something from them… unbelievable lack of customer service.

Bought a rear knuckle for my 07 eclipse..was told the owner himself is who took this part of the donor vehicle and I recieved a knuckle with a broken bolt left in it that I obviously couldn’t use without drilling or tapping it out, but what was funny I was told if they had the part there they could get it out? Am I missing something? , you had the part there to begin with and removed the knuckle yourself, snapped the brake line bolt off when removing and sent it out anyways with out even trying to remove it or call and say there was a problem when removing the part! Just lack of care in my opinion..wouldn’t get my business again but heard good things about them and that’s why I went and gave them a shout. Part was reasonably priced and they did ship it to me so no complaints there. Just wish they would look over the parts they pull or whoever pulls before shipping so this doesn’t happen to someone else. 2 **

I love the owners! I was their delivery girl for a long time and got to visit with them briefly each day during my pickup or drop off. Great people who do great shipping! 😂

Found them online. Ordered a part they showed to have in their database. Ordered over the phone. Gave them all the info needed. Part was at my doorstep three days later in perfect conditions. Price was reasonable. Overall a very good experience. Thank you!

Overall they have been good,I've been going there since Boone babson was there. 90 percent positive. I do have a couple complaints maybe constructive criticism. I called once about a radiator. I called parts store first. I got a price pic a part wanted more. I tried to tell them, they said go buy it, and hung up. I did. The second they cannot rebuild cvt transmissions. That was a rough 1000 dollar lesson on my part. On the positive side. They are organized. They are generally knowledgable. . About most vehicles. They will try their best to get you what you need.

I had a terrible experience at this place. I Drove two hours for a differential, got home and had it put in and it was even more broken than my original diff. Drove two more hours for another one and it ended being completely broken. So finally I drove two more hours and got a refund. So I wasted $60 of gasoline and $30 of differential fluid that I couldn't reuse after it was in a messed up diff. All the while the service desk people (mainly the blonde lady) had rude dismissive attitudes. I ended up getting a refund at least, and the parts WERE from a third party and not their yard, but with the way they treated me through the whole situation I'm not going here again.

These people are GREAT. I literally blew a tire in their driveway and they went out of their way to help me get back on the road. I didn't even know where the spare was. I'm an idiot, but it didn't matter. Very very nice people also. First rate.

Just stopped there to use my phone, but they have a vast assortment of salvage vehicles. In the case of O'Reilly's not being able to supply the NEW parts I need, I'm sure PIK-A-PART would be able to offer the salvage parts instead.

Won't let you look on the yard. Had multiple cars, a few that had interchangable parts to other makes that I could use. But nope, wouldn't let me go look. Rude. Hate this place! Never coming back!! And will pass it on. Word of mouth my friends.
