called a lot of places looking for a very specific part at the time is very hard to find. Called here and they where able to find this and get it to me very fast. I ordered from Maui because nobody else was able to get it to me this fast. These guys are fantastic if I could give them more stars I would. I was stranded with my 2 year old at 10pm because of a flat tire. My roadside assistance from my insurance couldn’t figure out how to get me a service so I called Integrity Towing and explained the situation. They were there within minutes and changed my tire so quickly that even my toddler didn’t throw a fit. I would use them again if I ever need any assistance. Highly recommended. 🤙🏼

Amazing! This place is the best! The staff is SO very friendly and helpful, and often ready to assist you as soon as you pull up. I bought some of their large onion bags to transport my recycling (only like 40 cents each or something like that) because the bags make it so moisture doesn't build up and cause mold and other nasty things if you end up storing it awhile.

The 2 braddas that help us out is awesome n great.Cap & Shane had the greats customer service.And the funniest scene of humor.We gave up our 2010 nissan versa as it had a stroke .... car issues electrical n mechanical n not worth fixing.So we found them on the internet CASH FOR CARS n we got a $100 for it.Not bad for a junk useless car.Thank again carcass I'll pass the word out.

I go there at least 4 times a month and always get good service. I witnessed the workers talk loud to customers but with good reason. The place is noisy lots of cars and foot traffic the people can't hear so that's why workers talk loud. Plus you get people that cut in line, park any kind. Without the Workers giving direction, place wouldn't be good to recycle. Take care your workers, hard to find good ones nowadays. Mahalo

Our experience with Shelton and his team was extraordinary. We took our vehicle in for repairs. After determining that the vehicle would cost more to repair than it was worth Shelton worked hard on getting us a vehicle that was truly more than we could have asked for. He also volunteered his own time when our grandson had his vehicle stolen and recovered but was not running well. We are so thankful to have found Shelton. Once again THANK YOU to Shelton and his team.

I just want to give a shout out to Ryan/Brian? We just arrived in Maui and an hour in our rental car had a flat tire. He came out and took care of us and helped me keep my parking spot. Usually I don’t write positive reviews about tow trucks, but he was awesome!!

I called to see about getting an appointment to fix my cracked windshield. I went right in as I was on my way to town, and they let me leave my car for an hour and did it right then. They were very busy, but the guy,(who I believe is taking over the business) was concerned it would crack more, and was nice enough to squeeze me in. I called them on a Sat. morning because I had a slow tire leak. They said come on in and we can take care of you. We drove down from Princeville, pulled in the driveway and the gentleman came to our car before I could even open the door. While he was repairing it, I asked if they can do an oil change, he said check with the front desk, I did and she said she can get us in and be done in an hour. They were done before that. They were AWESOME!!!! While we were waiting, we discovered a couple of great food places. WIN! WIN! Thank you Tire Warehouse Kauai. You will be my "go to" auto maintenance store. I’m very impressed with the high level of customer service at the Ewa Beach AutoZone. Chris showed an exceptional level of customer service by greeting me when I entered the store and helping me choose and install wipers on my vehicle. He went above and beyond what most employees would do and certainly earned my business from now on.
