Get there early before a line starts but even if there's a line, everyone is pretty quick to dump their load. My son's are always ready to lend a hand when they see someone having a hard time. Oh and da braddaz over there always safe and courteous.

Went here to get a tail light for my Frontier. I found Chad, the owner, to be helpful and courteous. While the prices quoted over the phone were high, I think you have to deal with the owner in person. I was atctually able to get a better price based on a comparable tail light I just purchased as well as the condition of the item I was purchasing. Seemed like a reasonable person to deal with.

Standard is the place to go for auto/truck parts. Staff are always helpful and knowledgeable to keep you on the road! Parts are normally in stock, they offer great sales on tools as well as various maintenance products. They will call other stores to locate the part. I highly recommend this place for getting your awesome wet okole car seat covers. Also other specifics for your car interior to special order for your car!! The owner is very helpful, patient, and caring. He helped me pick out the specific design I wanted and even added some extra detail towards the design. He was quick to install when they arrived and worth the wait! I highly recommend this place for the quality and customer service!

These People have the ability to take recycled oil.I don't know if they have a limit.Hilo Transfer station has a web site for letting you know when they will be accepting Motor Oil,used.

I’ve been on a search for a passenger front door. My door was extended beyond it’s capacity and will eventually fall off without replacement. I got a price for a brand new door and the cost is not within my budget. Matt at the junkyard was knowledgeable about the vehicles they have on-site. Even though he didn’t have a door for the make and model car that I have I had a pleasant experience. I also try to shop local first before ordering. I asked him for a referral for a local body shop and he gave me one. Thank you!

I called a few times and got no answer, but four times the charm I guess. They gave me an estimate then scheduled a tow couple days later. Driver came promptly and paid the agreed upon amount. All and all was a good and easy experience.

Had my 2006 Lexus is350 with a knocking engine. Arnold was able to help me find a newer 2014 engine that was compatible. He also gave me a great price on the engine and a 6 MONTH WARRANTY!!! nobody else does that. Arnold was able to refer me to his friends shop (Master Mechanic) in waipahu (who also warranty his work) and deliver my engine for me. this has been the best experience I've had with a private business such as this. I'll be coming back again for sure. I usually never write reviews, but the service was that great. He doesnt advertise much but definitely needs to have his inventory out there, give them a call and they'll let you know if they have what your looking for. Thank you guys again!!!

My experience with the driver picking up my car after the accident was 5 star but after that it quickly went to a zero. We went the day after the tow to collect our belongings from the car. Only one person was allowed in the yard and was with a chaperone the entire time.This was ok but kinda weird.Then I wanted a auto body shop to come look at my vehicle for an estimate and they said "NO!"Since all the auto body shops were full and had no space for my car, my insurance company wanted to tow my car to my house until a space opened up for repair. This was understandable to avoid more storage fees. Many phone calls were made from myself, State Farm claims and my State Farm agent to arrange a day to tow it to my house. All of these calls were hung up on by Kens towing. After many phone calls over a few days time, they agreed to tow it to my house. The driver would not drive his truck with my car up my long driveway because he was afraid he would not be able to turn around. I have had several other tow company's bring up cars with no problems at all! He backed my car off the trailer in the street. My car had a flat tire from the accident and he drove it up my long driveway on the flat tire. I dont know yet if the wheel is damaged. The front of my car was very damaged including my bent, twisted and crumpled front license plate. I can't even imagine how this happened!My experience of them was rude, NOT helpful in any way and completely unprofessional.
