Handsome young man in the back with great customer service.

The lady in the booth has poor customer service. Her communication skills could use some major work, can barely hear her, no eye contact and speaks rudely. She gave me attitude when I said “I’m sorry but I can’t hear you clearly behind this glass, may I come in?”

I don't know what all the raters are talking about. The girl up front was so kind and helpful. Took over a messed up car hood and everyone was so helpful. Like my Mom always said, treat people with respect and they will treat you with respect.

The absolute worst customer service. The lady behind the booth was a level of rude that I have never experienced. It was embarrassing and gross. After dealing with several uncalled for comments by her, I turned around and left. Will never go back here and will spread the word about this experience as well

Woman that works there, she harrassed and throw check and ID back at me. And she called herself as manager. I guess there manager don't have any professional attitude. Someone need to teach her real attitude to public.

I had my car tow down there have it deposed of. It was easy and fast. The tow truck driver took the car the back where you can't see it being demolish.

Fast and easy to recycle your old appliances. Just drive up to the booth, shut off your engine and fill out your info. Friendly staff in the back helps you unload. Whole process took about 5 minutes. Don't illegally dump! Take your appliances to Hammerhead Metals.

Even arriving during their lunch break the staff was efficient, polite and helpful.
