I called a few times and got no answer, but four times the charm I guess. They gave me an estimate then scheduled a tow couple days later. Driver came promptly and paid the agreed upon amount. All and all was a good and easy experience.

Honestly had a fine experience, just don’t get on the phone with Pat cause he’ll yell at you and threaten to take you to court to entertaining the idea of another offer (I got another offer while waiting on the tow truck for double what they were gonna give me.) In the end I can’t complain cause they matched the other offer but I’ve never been yelled at like that before from someone who was trying to get my business in my life. Give your business to nicer people.

called to have two cars towed off of Pearl Harbor Naval Base and was quoted a cost of $100.00/ car. This company does not pay cash for cars and there name is very misleading. they charge for the tow and the reasoning for this is because the cost of scrap is down and it cost the company more for the tow. I do not recommend using them at all. You will not get cash for your car.

This function requires me to select at least one star. The truth is, is that I do not want to select a single star at all. I just got off a call for help for towing assistance with a customer service representative. I found this from an add which said free towing services. The add did not specify terms and conditions that were then laid out for me during my conversation with the representative. This company's interpretation of "free" is "$250." She tried to say that they only tow "free" in Waipahu. The advertisement failed to specify. Besides the misleading advertisement, the customer service representative hung up on me before I could finish what I wanted to request.

Worst customer service ever. These people are a scam. They don't even live up to their name. I dropped off a GMC Tahoe there last year because it had a blown engine in it and I needed it off my hands fast. I got no money for it and the lady had a piss poor attitude. Don't even come to these people. I only rated a 1 star because I had to write my comment but honestly 0/5.

The customer service is great over the phone! I'm just bummed that it's not exactly "free" towing like they advertise on their website. Also not giving cash upfront but that's because of the scrap metal crash or something. They tell you why. They just need to update their website.

I reached out to Cash4Cars on Friday, July 7 to inquire on the current metal prices. Bray carefully explained their buying and towing procedures, she explained that the value on metal has gone down but if I needed a tow she would be happy to assist me. I had two vehicles not working in my garage. A brand new vehicle on the street. Long story short Bray sent Bruddah Kawika. He had both vehicles yanked and out of my garage within an hour time and my new car is in the garage. I am a very grateful person. Mahalo Bray, Kawika, and the awesome crew at Cash4Cars on Leonui.

Worst experience ever and very poor service. Do not go with these guys. The tow truck guy is very unprofessional. Business is questionable.
