Bought this car from them & it was a complete scam & false advertisement! Messaged them about the car & all I got back was OK! Said ac is nice & cold, no it ain’t. The entire inside of the floor is wet. The back doors barely open. Also stated there’s nothing wrong with the car but every time we’re at a stop light it dies. They said we got the car as is, but nowhere on their post stated as is. I went to pick up the car & the person I talked to gave me a title for another car. Good thing I checked the vin #. They were rude when asking for directions they literally just hang up on you! I’m so annoyed that they conned my kids out of money that was really needed for a vehicle to take them to & from school & our daily! Not to mention all the druggies poppin out of the cars & bushes there!

Spoke to a different company I thought sold parts, they didn't, but referred me to ABC. He told me I would have to drive to the location because they'll never answer their phone. Yep...he was right. One ring, STRAIGHT TO VOICEMAIL. 3 times. Can't take them seriously if their business "wesite" is a link to instagram. Nope...not creating a social media profile just to see if you have a headlight in stock. Bye Felicia..

Although I called them to buy something before leaving. They said they had it. I drove for half an hour and arrived, they said no. I call, I say directly from them. Do you have it, they say? Yes, I say yes, but I'm here, And they tell me they don't have it, And excuse me, Yes, they definitely don't. That is, they don't care at all How much time you spend. Yes, yes, no, no.😅🙂

This isn't a reputable business and scene seems to support the concerns of other reviewers. After several phone conversations attempting to find a part, we drove from Honolulu to pick up what we needed. Upon arrival, they refused to assist us other than pointing and saying, 'it might be over there if it's here.' After hunting through the junkyard for the promised item, we ultimately gave up. They are not interested in making a sale and perhaps passed judgment on us upon arrival. Whatever their reasoning, I wouldn't recommend ABC Junkyard to anyone for any need.

What scrubs! Drove over from Kahaluu to purchase a window switch at $35. Got there only to have the attendant tell me $45 at the window. I told him Amazon has brand new ones for $40! Also, no guarantee it will even work, no testing. Used to be my go to place from Red to Yu to Ming. No more! No aloha with the new owners! Will be surprised if they continue to remain open!

DO NOT go here. Complete RIP OFF AND SCAM. literally one of the worst businesses on the island. They scam all their customers not even sure how they are still legally open. They cuss out their customers, change their prices on a whim and expect customers to take parts off the old vechile for theirs and pay full price. Definitely reporting this place for terrible and unlawful business practices. Seriously don't go there. You'll regret it.

STAY AWAY FROM HERE, YOU MIGHT GET KILLED!!! Terrible service. Went in there with my toolbox to get a cheap old dodge radio. Owner (I believe) asked me to open before going into yard, he glanced over it and said go in. As I was coming out with the radio he asked me to open my toolbox which I happily did. he saw 2 small insignificant wires that I had in my toolbox for a while and accused me of stealing them. Mind you these wires could be purchased brand new at Walmart for like $2 and he accused me of stealing them. He grabbed the wires of my hand and was looking at them. So I got pissed and I took the wires of his hand and I was like keep the radio and as I was closing my toolbox, the guy took out a machete and was threatening me over $2 wires that were mine to begin with. I could of called the cops but I just walked out to my truck and left!

Went to ABC...was very happy with the service i got there! They were very polite and helped me. I had to look for a part for my neighbor , the guy gave me so many options to help me make a really good decision and helped me save alot of money.

The guy has no idea what to charge per part, he just throws out some random number. In fact he asked me to look up the part so I did, found it brand new for 40 bucks online so he says, "ok $45". I said that's more than it costs new! And then he said "well you can have it now for $45 or you can wait and have it later for $40. SMH... It's nice to have a junkyard like this on the island when you need a hard to get part, but don't be surprised if you end up pulling a part and end up leaving it at the door because the guy can't negotiate reasonably.

Workers are whack, so is their service. Owner tried to charged me $100 for a poorly painted hood that i were to take off myself. I didnt come in to spend the same amount of money for a new hood, on a poorly painted hood. Also asked about an alternator, he tried to charge me another $100 for it, and ofcourse, “ALL SALES FINAL!” .. There was no option of returning the alternator (If broken/need be) for my money back. Scumbags, dishonest, and in need of some sweet justice. ps I would give them 0 stars if this thing would make that an option.

Honestly, ABC used cars will now be my go to pick pull. Had a good first experience; owner was super helpful and friendly. Don’t come into this yard expecting to lowball him, he gives fair pricing and will work with you. They have a wide selection of cars and parts; you’ll be sure to find everything you need. DONT GO THERE IF YOURE ALLERGIC TO BEES AND WASPS. The place is overpopulated with them lol but that’s just nature, not the owners fault.🤷🏽‍♂️

They have lots of junk cars, which is good since it's a junk yard. The grounds are terrible, the dirt "road" leading to the entrance is littered with abandoned cars, homeless, and potholes. Staff not very interactive. If they happen to have the car parts you want, you are in luck.
