They did not document me for the potted meat can. Freedom will try to buy your cans as irony if there is 1 potted meat can in there.

Sold me a used transmission with warranty after many problems with it they stopped wanting to warranty the transmission and stopped returning calls owner is unprofessional and a con artist unless your not friends or family they don’t care

Been here multiple times, usually a little later in the day. It's 11:00 in the morning right now, we have a whole lot of people who will just wave their hand but nobody wants to come up and talk to you when you have multiple things to get rid of. Rotors, aluminum, wires and basic scrap we've had to pull in back out. We brought a trailer in and we're leaving the trailer and everything the employees walk to the back of the trailer never came up and talked to us and we just jumped out and unhooked the trailer. Even though we don't have a helmet or a vest and pulled off. Their conversation skills are lacking! Don't get me wrong. I love this place but the employees I think could be a little more communicative.

I spent 3 hours in the cold taking out the parts I needed to then find out they are charging more than it would cost to buy them online. I even slipped and fell from the ice on the ground. The prices here are completely unreasonable.

Paid $80 for 2 fender flares for a 2006 Subaru outback. Whoever removed them used a screwdriver and damaged them beyond use. Being charged that much for trim pieces, I'd expect a little more care during removal. Edit to reply to Gilbert & Mitchell: I did contact your company and was told there is a no refund policy, and that I should've have inspected the parts there. And I was also told that there wasnt another car to get them off of. And I wouldn't want another set through your company after how I was treated and how poorly the flares were taken off in the first place. Bash your employees that don't know how to remove trim without damage. Not the customer. Especially when I was told no refunds and should've inspected them before I left.

It was a beautiful day so of course everyone was out trying to get things done and it seems like everyone had the great idea to work on their vehicles on the same day the store is small lap full of stuff and we did many people is there it was cramped the staff was friendly helpful and it was as clean as it could be

Drove 5 hours from central Ohio, headed to Mine Made Adventure... Wheel & tire came off my truck 15 mins away from my destination. Sheared lug studs right off, there was no fixing this on the road... Stranded on the highway at 9pm in the middle of Kentucky. Lucky it happened in front of a local state troopers house and he was kind enough to come help me find a tow. ALL of the guys at Adam's were great. Tow truck was there in 45 mins and towed me and the SXS on trailer to my cabin... truck was fixed the next day AND ON TOP OF IT ALL they delivered it to me!!! 10/10 Service. Incredibly reasonable prices. I want to move to Kentucky now the people were so kind.

So today Jan 22 2025 , the final resting place that my dear 1994 chevy girl is what I called her ,the gentleman that came to pick the truck up was so amazing and he was very paintent with me and explained to me what I needed to do next with the DMV I wouldn't have known to junk it through the DMV if he hadn't told me I would be paying the taxes without having it so I'm so greatful to him for that ! He also let me know that my Chevy wouldn't just be smashed and that's it no!!!! He said she will be parted out and her body parts will get a forever home not his words but it's what he made think and feel he was so nice and respectful I couldn't believe he was tow truck driver!!! They Usually aren't so nice about things or taking the time in -zero conditions to explain everything I needed to know and do!!! Also we paid five hundred dollars for the truck and can you believe bessler gave me almost all that back but maybe fifty dollars!!!!!!!!!! And it was so super easy to do on the website!!!!! It took maybe five minutes to do and scheduled!!! I'm so forever greatful to you besslers junk yard in Hebron Kentucky!!!
