So today Jan 22 2025 , the final resting place that my dear 1994 chevy girl is what I called her ,the gentleman that came to pick the truck up was so amazing and he was very paintent with me and explained to me what I needed to do next with the DMV I wouldn't have known to junk it through the DMV if he hadn't told me I would be paying the taxes without having it so I'm so greatful to him for that ! He also let me know that my Chevy wouldn't just be smashed and that's it no!!!! He said she will be parted out and her body parts will get a forever home not his words but it's what he made think and feel he was so nice and respectful I couldn't believe he was tow truck driver!!! They Usually aren't so nice about things or taking the time in -zero conditions to explain everything I needed to know and do!!! Also we paid five hundred dollars for the truck and can you believe bessler gave me almost all that back but maybe fifty dollars!!!!!!!!!! And it was so super easy to do on the website!!!!! It took maybe five minutes to do and scheduled!!! I'm so forever greatful to you besslers junk yard in Hebron Kentucky!!!

Scam Vibes. Tons of hidden fees. If you can wait, order the part online. Don't go here. You can buy it online cheaper. Plus it's brand new and you don't have to pull it. Also, if the part doesn't work, you're screwed and just spent your afternoon pulling an overpriced broken part.

Bessler U Pull & Save, need I say more. Been going there most of my life and always came home with a deal. Great selection of makes and models to cover your need and interchange lookup is no problem. Great selection of tires and batteries also. Tools and wheel carts are not a problem. Remember your $2 entrance fee and above all remember your safety. Good hunting. Highly recommended.

I recently sold them a car and it was a good experience. They came and picked it up around the time they said they would, and the driver was polite and informative. As far as the price I got for my vehicle, I was hoping for more, but with the cost of everything, I get it. They came and got the vehicle for free as well. I’d do business with them again.

Easy as can be and friendly too. I have sold eight + vehicles to Bessler. Prices are fair, process is easy, agents walk you thru it. Don't get frustrated with the agents they are following steps needed to legally complete the sale. If someone else will do it without the same paperwork, beware.

Place is straight trash over priced used parts that you pull your self. Charged me 35 dollars 2 weeks ago for the same tire I bought today and they charged me 76 for it. No one would discount tire or anything. Highly recommend making the drive to jacks in Cincinnati it’s a ten times better junk yard. They will even move the vehicles as well. STAY AWAY FROM THE CORRUPTED CORPORATION

Place is a joke especially if you are looking for simple stuff like something than can be snapped on and off with a screw driver less than 5 minute jobs examples “sun visor or hubcaps”… There are people that are dedicated to taking these parts off of every vehicle before it hits the yard that way it can be resold on eBay… Personally I wouldn’t waste my time on the small stuff… Now more complex stuff yes that you have to work to get a part off you may get lucky… But more and more you are just wasting your time and money entry fee 3 dollars… It didn’t used to be like that and it’s sad but this place sucks now… So in the meantime I am done wasting time at Besslers and a message to others’” LETS STOP BUYING THEIR STUFF ON EBAY.” Personally I would rather buy from Amazon new Chinese parts than that eBay junk yards pulls and not even waste time at Besslers because chances are it’s already been popped off and someone is selling it on eBay…

A++++ very Professional, very polite, sold at least 10 vehicles here and back when I would call around to Get a quote. Bessler's everytime had top offer and usually a considerable higher amount... so anytime i sell a vehicle here after i get my pickup appointment, i call around just to show people how this company is on a different level then any scrap yard ive been to.. so my only complaint is how long it took me to leave this review, I have been doing business with Bessler's for 10+ years, I can honestly say I love this company and the people they have saved me so much money, one more thing the way they lay out the part cars and the rows and the quality of there Inventory.. you won't be disappointed.. P.s I'm sure i sound like I work or am a part of Bessler's, but this is truly just a happy customer of 10 +yrs and letting it out at once🙂 Thanks again U-PULL&SAVE!!

Awesome! $2.00 cover charge which I don't mind paying beings I know people often steal small items from these types of places. I registered, told them what year/make/model I was looking for and they printed the location in the yard of those vehicles. Vehicles were well organized and the yard is well taken care of. I highly recommend if you're somewhat handy and know what you're looking for. The part I was looking for had already been removed and was sitting in the engine bay of one of the the vehicles I was directed to. Bring your tools and practice on your own vehicle before arriving to save time in the removal process.

I drove 38 minutes for a door they said they had in stock for a certain model and color. Then arrive and suddenly aren’t sure they have it. And I’ll just have look myself. What an actual waste. Got there and the door was not there.
