Been here multiple times, usually a little later in the day. It's 11:00 in the morning right now, we have a whole lot of people who will just wave their hand but nobody wants to come up and talk to you when you have multiple things to get rid of. Rotors, aluminum, wires and basic scrap we've had to pull in back out. We brought a trailer in and we're leaving the trailer and everything the employees walk to the back of the trailer never came up and talked to us and we just jumped out and unhooked the trailer. Even though we don't have a helmet or a vest and pulled off. Their conversation skills are lacking! Don't get me wrong. I love this place but the employees I think could be a little more communicative.

truck on the way to shredding services at this facility wrecked in roundabout & caused huge delays in traffic. Tractor trailers should not use small roundabouts. Company operations cause many issues in the area.

They low ball u and the inspector in the scrap yard trys to mess with ur load by saying it needs to be cleaned better.The guy has no clue in the field and assumes he'll we will just take 100# off ur weight for maybe 35# we cleared it and still got ripped off don't waste ur time the inspector in the yard by scrap metals is an idiot. Then they take forever to get u weighed emptied or not. BTW they let this guy take the weight away he's crude and rude. Talking to management don't help much.
