We waited 5 hours trying to get a hold of other tow truck companies and when Auto Recovery picked up, they came and picked us up within an hour since we were 50 minutes outside of Billings, MT. Super friendly, great all around service, and the driver let us bring our dog in the cab on the way back to Billings. I would highly recommend this family-owned business. Needed a replacement starter. Called them up and without even having to look, told me he had one for my vehicle. Purchased it and installed, works perfect. Talked to the guy for a few minutes and he knows his stuff. Awesome experience. Would recommend to anyone.

We bought a house, had a 30 year old non-functional hot tub. these guys came and gave a quote, and scheduled removal. They were friendly and quick. they got started and were finished the same day. Saws all'd it apart and hauled off, easy-peasy (for us!). Cash transaction. Would be cool if they took other than cash, I don't know if they do or not.

We met the BSED team at a trade-show this winter. They immediately contacted us because we had expressed needing to get some windows done. They came out quickly after that, explain the process showed us examples of what our finished product would look like, and gave us a quote. They even worked with us on pricing, because this is a new house for us, and we got a lot of projects to do! We decided to replace three old wood frame windows, due to them being drafty, moldy, and we’re letting in the bugs! Donald came out a few months later, and did all three windows in one day! He then returned the next day to finish up the siding. He is an excellent craftsman, and our windows look beautiful. Better than I imagined. Everyone we’ve worked with has been extremely professional, especially Donald, who worked so quickly, efficiently, he cleaned up and even discarded our old windows! We’re so thankful we met this company at the trade-show and will be using them in the first future. Our family highly recommends Big Sky Exterior Designs!

Massive selection of cars/trucks, pretty well sorted/organized. Fair prices, some of the vehicles are really close but staff is pretty helpful in assisting to get the jobs done and get you the parts you need

Usually the service is alright.. If your a first timer you would think Jamie the Mgr was rude but with continuance of coming back she is not bad person.. today the young kid told me to use my phone for a part number.. OK thanks I will.. then my total is $36.75 for five items I then hand him a 100 bill and he comes back slaps a paperclip stack of fives at me and stares at me, so kindly I ask if he doesn't normally count back his money or what cause hey buddy it's not my till at the end of your shift short.. says nothing and continues staring at me so final question I have is can I at least get a bag ?? Great Customer Service today.. and your Mgr next to you says nothing.. attitudes are contagious people will come for the Customer Service they expect or know. and employees no different.. best of luck..

AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS unfortunately for me it was a last resort and I had no where else to go in a pinch. I was warned about this place but didn’t think it was THIS BAD. Absolute worst experience I’ve ever had at a salvage yard. Wish I could give this place negative stars! The customer service is the worst I’ve ever witnessed in my ENTIRE LIFE. The man I spoke with was disgustingly rude and absolutely zero help. I paid over a 1000$ for a bad part “unmatched quality control standards” as their website states it’s unmatched, because from customer quality to product quality it’s all awful. I get it’s a salvage yard with used parts but the least they could do is hire better employees. I will never go back to this place or give them my business ever again
