I called for a quote. I was given an acceptable quote within a minute...no back and forth. Once I was ready for my car to be picked up, I called them and they said a dispatcher will call me back to set up a convenient time...schedule set, my car was picked up within 3 minutes of when they said they would be here. Excellent service.

I had no clue what to expect when a friend recommended I call Milford Motors to inquire about two tires and rims that I needed for my son’s car. I didn’t have a lot to spend and his car is an old 2005 Toyota - so I had my fingers crossed when calling. Jay was helpful and made the process so easy! He found what I needed after I called this morning and this afternoon I just drove up, picked up the tires, and off I went. The place was clean and organized and I definitely recommend Milford Motors to anyone who needs a part. Our plan is to put the new tires/rims on ourselves - but I’m sure even if you didn’t know how to do that - finding someone to help and using Milford Motors for parts would be way cheaper than buying new or using another place (prices were great)! Super thankful for this place today !

I would recommend them to anyone,Pete and George were very helpful with the engine I needed for my 03 Hyundai Santa Fe,it was exactly as Pete stated for condition and grade. After talking to Pete on the phone for 5minutes, I felt like I had known him forever,and he was a good friend. When I returned the core to them,George made me feel the same,like I was a friend of the family. Anyone who says otherwise must be a real tool. Thanks guys. I will buy from you again without hesitation. If I can give one critique, wish they hadn't cut up the engine wiring harness so much,but I do understand, time is money. This review is way overdue but the owner is a very reliable, fast, and above and beyond. i was shocked that he cleaned up the broken glass in my car which i thought would be a nuisance but he still did it anyways and the pricing was phenomenal compared to other shops trying to overcharge. 10/10 would come back

Place is great, all the guys were nice, but the guy on your small scales needs to work on his hygiene though… it was pretty bad when I went last Tuesday. Handed the guy my id and his nails and were blacker than my pickup.

Spoke to Brad today, on a whim, looking for a few parts for my vehicle. He told me to come right over and take a look to see what i wanted. I hit the jackpot and he took care of me like a brother. Never mer him before but he was super helpful, polite and convenient. Thanks a million!!!
