He was so kind, he came promptly to pick up my truck! He was very nice as he acquired the information to get there and patiently waited as I assisted my son. I didn’t lift a muscle as he got my truck out of there in no time. He even offered to remove my plates ! We swapped papers, I gave him the keys, and my truck was off to it’s last destination! This company beat the price of the other offers I got for this vehicle. Thank you again!

My interaction with Ron was 3 weeks ago and I kept telling myself it’s worth writing that review…It’s important for me to share I called another location first in Avenel to pick up 2 unused vehicles. The guy there said payment will be in a Business check. My mother said she’s not interested; in case the check ‘bounce’. When I informed the guy he changed it to cash plus $300 more for the vehicles.Ron’s payment was cash from the start. Even thou Ron’s offer was less we were debating taking his offer because he appeared to not play games. But then Ron called back to ask what engine does the Santa Fe have and said he gave me the wrong price and increased it. They both came to same amount. Easy decision to make. Who does that. 😳 (apparently Ron). He did right for his customers.No awkward money transaction. He had it ready before asking. Father and Son working as a team. If you want a smooth transition with no games or BS, Ron (RLK towing) is the place. Price did not change and was able to come the same day.
