Definitely one of the best business experiences. Totally professional, friendly, and helpful. Definitely was cool that he was a car guy too. When I called to set up a pick up for my vehicle with no motor or transmission, Ron gave no hesitation in picking it up where all other places I called said they wouldn’t take a car with no motor or transmission. He called me an hour and a half before the scheduled pick up, and showed 10 min before he said he would. Prompt and on time. Everything went fast and smooth. Highly highly recommend, and if I ever need a service like this again, absolutely giving Ron a call. Thank you again! Super awesome guy

I got into my first accident and totalled my car and I found RLK on Google and Ron made the process super easy he scheduled an appointment with me, was diligent and communicated with me very well on the day of pick up. He was prompt and on time when meeting mw t the junk yard to get my car and even helped me move things out of/off my car and gave me a really good amount for my car. Highly recommend especially if you're a younger because getting into an accident is low-key traumatic and stressful because there is so much to worry about and he really made this process so simple.

He was so kind, he came promptly to pick up my truck! He was very nice as he acquired the information to get there and patiently waited as I assisted my son. I didn’t lift a muscle as he got my truck out of there in no time. He even offered to remove my plates ! We swapped papers, I gave him the keys, and my truck was off to it’s last destination! Ron was extremely professional, honest, and cordial. Every single time I contacted him he responded quickly, was informative, and followed up accordingly. My vehicle was in an impound lot that required a police officer to let us in to tow it out. They made us wait well over an hour. Our patience was running thin, and he was not obliged to continue waiting and basically waste his time, but he did. He literally was in and out in five minutes. He even helped me take out the items, including valuable ones, out of the towed vehicle and into the vehicle I was driving. It was an excellent experience and I recommend him to anyone.

Hello, I just had an old car taken away by Ron from RLK Towing and Recovery in Woodbridge NJ. It was such a smooth and friendly transaction that I will forever recommend his company to anyone that asks me. He showed up when he said he would and 5 minutes later the car was on his flatbed. Even more impressive was that he said he would call me when he was on his way. So I get a call from him and he tells me he will be delayed. He picked up a piece of metal in one of his truck tires right around the corner from me. So he said he had to run back to get his tired replaced. He was super apologetic about the delay. In less than 45 mins he came back and had the car hooked up and gone in about 5 minutes. You would think starting his day off like that might make a person grumpy. But he was in a great mood and friendly the whole time. Got the car strapped down and then the best part. He counts out and pays me exactly what he quoted me a few days earlier in cash. A friendly handshake and my car was finally out of my driveway. If you ever need towing or to junk a car, please make him your first call. It was a perfect transaction from start to finish.
