From setting up an appointment to have my couch and chase removed to the actual pick up itself was super easy and very fast. The gentleman I spoke with to set the appointment even took the time to explain how they handle the process of the donation of my furniture. They worked around my schedule and even called to tell me they were 30 minutes away. Latchman and Ian (the movers) were great too! Very professional, they even offered to cover their feet (not necessary) due to the snow fall the previous day and they didn’t want to be messy.
