Saw a car I needed parts from on their site and stopped in. The prices are great, and the staff is beyond wonderful. I lost track of time, but they were patient with me while I frantically hauled a pile of car parts through the snow like some kind of budget brand Balto. I'm not from the area, but would definitely consider making the couple hour drive again if another car I need pops up.

Very great customer service! Made selling my old junker very easy, definitely would recommend this place to anyone selling there scrap/ old vehicles & very nice selection in there u pull it yard! Chelsey, Pat, + there whole team are absolutely incredible. They’re even there 7 days a week!!! Everyone there just brings a smile to my face every time I visit:)

Workers go above and beyond. I came here to pull a fuel door for my Colorado and assist my brother with a bumper for his GMC and they were extremely eager to help. They printed us a list of vehicles that were compatible with ours so we knew where to start. I really appreciated that they let us know the parts might not be out there incase we don’t want to waste our time or we can just try our luck. (Of coarse we did). This yard is very well kept and clean. During check out they made sure I found everything I needed and explained the return policy to me. I have never had a bad interaction here and they will definitely not loose me as a customer!

The online form for selling my junk truck was very easy and very fast. They responded the next day right away. Great communication. Had answers to all my questions on both the customer service side and the gentleman picking up my vehicle. The guy that came and picked it up in the tow truck was a super friendly. Nice guy. The ladies inside were great to deal with. They were very good when asked questions. Chelsei helped quote my vehicles and prices were more high than competitors in the local area. Noel looked up a couple vehicles and I was able to buy the parts needed for my crappy vehicles. the place is clean just wish they had a place to buy a drink or 2.

I was quoted 400 over the phone for a vehicle and was told by the driver he would only give me 225 for it when he showed up. I called to clear things up and spoke to the person who had quoted me and told me there was nothing they could do at all. I have used Wilbert’s for vehicle scrap before but I will be finding better places to go now.

Got a taillight for my Honda Ridgeline was wayyyyy cheaper than anyone else in the area. Hopefully they get another Ridgeline in soon so I can get the other side. The cleanest move organized junkyard I've ever seen

Very bad situation here, i came here to get a steering air bag and after I walk a very long distance to get to the donant vehicle pulled the part and walk all the way back to the counter to pay for it, they told me they can't sell me the air bag. And this was on a very cold and snowing day. What a shame

Best junk yard/u-pull it I've ever seen. Very clean and organized well. All vehicles are already in the air on 4 homemade but very safe Jack stands made from old steel wheels. This makes accessing underpinnings a breeze, no need for dragging around a Jack, or scavenging scissor lifts outta old trunks, by far easiest and safest to navigate in the area. The staff has been very helpful and friendly also! Thanks again Wilbert's!

I’ve never been to a pick and pull before but everything was explained pretty well in the FAQ section and the employees I dealt with were super helpful. The yard of cars and trucks was very well laid out and it was easy to find what you were looking for. I was able to bring my battery power tools and they had nice carts and wheelbarrows to use. The store area where you enter and exit was laid out really well too and there was a place to wash your hands on your way out the door. I’ll definitely be back here.

Employees need educated, not just from their hand book either. Went in to purchase a trailing arm and a few other parts for some of my vehicles. Was told I’d be charged for a trailing arm, spindle, and wheel bearing for a one piece trailing arm… I’ve bought about 8 of these trailing arms (for pro-am drift car so we break a lot) from this yard in the past with absolutely no issue. The trailing arm is 1 piece with a pressed in bearing that would be impossible to separate in the yard. Not to mention, this bearing was bad anyways, and would be damaged/ unsellable if I tried to separate it. I’m always charged the $23 for a trailing arm except this past time they were trying to charge me $80+ for the same part. Tried to reason with the employee working but they just showed me their generic part book and then just stopped responding. Called over the manager, who had literally sold me a trailing arm in the past for the $23 after he realized it was one piece and not multiple bolted together parts. Except this time he thought differently I guess?? Still wanted to charge me for 3 separate items. Believe it or not, parts look different based on different vehicles. BMW literally calls it a trailing arm and sells it as 1 piece. Looks like I’ll have to take my business elsewhere to the many other options, since these people would rather lose a sale and throw the part back in the pile than sell it for what it is.

Great service & prices! They gave us a print out of all the cars they had that had the compatible part, and where to find them. They also had each car clearly labeled to make sure you were at the correct one. Every single car was lifted to make access easier. The staff was very informative and helpful. Will definitely be back!

Called and got the quote to turn in my truck! They were super easy to deal with and reasonable! Arranged a time that worked and they were not high pressure about getting it to them. Walked in dropped keys off and I was out the door in 5 minutes with cash in hand!! They were awesome

i called on a monday and was told to wait 24-48 hours for a call back, only for me to have to call them to see if they were still picking up my vehicle 4 days later. they again told me 24-48 hours and it is now monday and i have not received any form of verification or any call regarding my vehicle. highly do not recommend this service.

I went to Wilburt's to get a part for an old Hyundai Santa Fe and they had two similar vehicles back there to choose from. The young man behind the desk was very friendly and helpful. The part only cost me $8; the dealerships want $300 to $400 for the part, so it was a great deal for me. All the cars are in rows and you get a ticket telling which rows to search in. I'll definitely try this place if I ever need a used part.
