Recently bought a front and rear bumper for my 2009 lincoln. Was told by lkq savage. There was none in the state of ri. But J.A.G. had just what i what I needed after hunting for a year, I found what I needed at J.A.G salvage. For a very reasonable and fair price. I think I found my parts store.

Parts were ready for pickup when I arrived. I had a question about installation and the mechanic stopped what he was doing out back and came to the front office to help me. Very easy to find!

I'll give this place 0 stars if I can. In reference to their part being offered for sale online, my husband placed a phone order with them to purchase a part. Martin insisted that we pay for it first before removing the item from the car, so we did. Give him a few days to disassemble it, he added, and he'll get back to us. Weeks passed with no response. When we contacted them again, they said that the part was bad but why haven’t no one had responded throughout the previous two weeks of our waiting. Currently, we are still awaiting a refund, which is another problem now. This place has to get its act together since it's a hot mess. Please be cautious and keep your distance. Also to the owners give us back our refund for a part we never got.

Very quick communication and straight shooters. Had my car towed to a dealership and they picked it up within the time frame established the day before. Provided documentation in a very quick manner. I had a vehicle that didn't run and had been sitting in my driveway for longer than I'd care to admit. I submitted an online application to Pick-n-Pull and received a fair offer instantly. A representative called me shortly after I accepted the offer to verify my title information and schedule a convenient pickup time. The driver who arrived was very friendly and had the car out of my yard in less than 10 minutes, including time for paperwork. I should have done this sooner!

I have nothing bad to say about this place. The lady on the phone was super nice, And the man that loaded the engine in the truck was awesome to. First place I'm checking from now on. Night and day difference from jag down the street. Highly recommended. Will return Amazing people

Put request online for a spare tire for my husband’s car. In less than 15 minutes, got a call from Bob. He sent pics for options and I placed my order. My credit card was charged May 11. I got one more email saying my part would be delivered June 2. The tire never arrived. No one is answering calls or emails. Buyer beware.

Be careful, they are a bunch of rude people trying to steal your money. They are selling wrong and refuse to honor their warranty. Please don't go there unless you want to experience rudeness, thief, and unprofessionalism.

I called waited 3 days nobody called me back , I wanted a price, when I called back the woman said they would call back a hour went by no one bothered calling me , I reached out one more time and said nobody called me back yet she said he will call you and hung up . Don't call this car place no need to do what they did .

I have been going to these guys for years as a plumber. Very transparent with their pricing and always what market value is. 3.10 for number 1 and 2.90 for number 2 There is a scale at the retail dock that you can see (been to some that you cant) and you can freely step on and gauge your body weight with what the scale should be. (Always correct) Fair and honest people. 5 stars all day

I felt that it was necessary for us to leave a review , because of the way this business is presented in most of the negative reviews. This was not the first time we purchased from them and every single time the experience was positive. Their grading is always correct , prices are very competitive and customer service is top notch. We are over 600 miles away and will not hesitate to order parts again Just received a $200 head light today and the item was packaged better than new one.
