I am from PA traveling through RI. My axle broke in Johnston leaving me stranded all weekend. I called a bunch of places and Cash4cars offered me the best price. The guy on the phone, DJ was more personable than anyone else I talked to. DJ came by to get it from a tow yard when they opened on Monday. He arrived 30min earlier than I expected which was great but I had a ton of camping supplies to unload. He was patient with us as we unloaded everything. in the rain. Overall happy with my experience. Thank you for making a bad situation a little better.

Recently bought a front and rear bumper for my 2009 lincoln. Was told by lkq savage. There was none in the state of ri. But J.A.G. had just what i what I needed after hunting for a year, I found what I needed at J.A.G salvage. For a very reasonable and fair price. I think I found my parts store.

I needed an new AC condenser for my car, the dealership was going to backorder it and charge me an arm and a leg for service. A friend mentioned Ruggieri auto parts so I went to check it out. When I got there I was set up with Anthony, where they not only had the part but were able to provide the service I needed. Not only did they get my AC pumping for the summer, but it was the best pricing around! I'll be going back here from now on.

Bought a murano here that I was told needed no work that is was all good and with no issues. I pick it up after leaving it at the shop for a couple of weeks to get looked at and make sure if anything needed to get done it could be done/fixed before I took it. I drive for uber and lyft. I stated that multiple times, I need something reliable. But once i pick it up and start using it I couldnt get it inspected it failed the inspection. And it was making noises and just sounding very funny. Especially over potholes or speed bumps. Marcus kept telling me everything was fine. And that he didnt see/hear anything wrong with it. I couldnt give it a proper wheel alignment because it had rusted rotors, and brake pads. After multiple attempts to having him fix the problems. And getting no where nothing fixed, loosing money etc. I decided to take it elsewhere. And Discovered that I needed a lot of work done because a lot of the parts were either rusty, broken or loose. And the tires were wearing out very bad and quickly. Where you could see the threads. Had to replace three of them. Arm controls were loose and broken. Rear shocks needed to get done, front and rear brake pads and rotors, wheel alignment, tire rotation. Etc. Failed inspection the first time. Then he took it to them himself and god only knows how it was passed. Seeing that when i tried to align it, it was not able to get done due to how bad the brake pads and rotors looked. Idk how the inspection site on 1307, 420 Broadway, Pawtucket, RI 02860 called Warren tires. Passed it couple of days after they had failed it (claiming it needed major work done) and nothing had been done to it. All the parts shown are parts that were on when it passed the inspection. How? Idk how it passed but marcus got them to do it.

I purchased a 2009 santa fe from Bob of which he got the very highest of the book value 6500.00.When i test drove the car I had a concern which he said was nothing. I drove it to tarbox directly after picking it up. It was the drive shaft barron 850. 00 of which he gave me back a whopping 100.00 only because it was the same day of purchase. 2 weeks later drive shaft barron went. 250.00 Then engine light went on 1 month later. Have no idea how that car was inspected! Its still an issue, I ran out of money to have it fixed..Just to be safe I had autozone check battery it was bowed out about to go. 150.00Then 3 weeks ago the rear caliper froze and oil leak that was all over alternator. 1300.00.Fixed that. then yesterday starter went! My advice take an ase certified mechanic with you!

Parts were ready for pickup when I arrived. I had a question about installation and the mechanic stopped what he was doing out back and came to the front office to help me. Very easy to find!

I'll give this place 0 stars if I can. In reference to their part being offered for sale online, my husband placed a phone order with them to purchase a part. Martin insisted that we pay for it first before removing the item from the car, so we did. Give him a few days to disassemble it, he added, and he'll get back to us. Weeks passed with no response. When we contacted them again, they said that the part was bad but why haven’t no one had responded throughout the previous two weeks of our waiting. Currently, we are still awaiting a refund, which is another problem now. This place has to get its act together since it's a hot mess. Please be cautious and keep your distance. Also to the owners give us back our refund for a part we never got.

Great experience! The entire process from start to finish was easy and quick. I got exactly what I wanted from the highest bidder. The car was picked up and towed away with no hassle whatsoever. This saved me so much time. Already planning on calling for another vehicle. Definitley recommended this to my family and friends.

The driver who arrived was very friendly and had the car out of my yard in less than 10 minutes, including time for paperwork. I should have done this sooner!
