Ordered part they have in stock was to be ready a week ago. Still not pulled,indicated their business was wholesale and retail was not a priority. Took my business somewhere else

Very organized and well inventory place they go above and beyond helping you find your part and helping you removing it. Extremely important that they know what their inventory of cars and where they are kept for you to locate them and pull parts best friends ever at a Pick-A-Part.

These guys are great! Ive spent alot of time on phone over the last few weeks looking for a specific part and most of the places i had reached out to were either rude or said i had to come and see for myself. The guys at Rhino took the time to confirm they had the part i was after called back within 20 minutes i went later to see it for myself and put down a deposit. Picked it up the following day. They loaded it carefully on my trailer and away i went. Very friendly and informative and extremely helpful!

My relative needed a part for his car. We called ahead so we wouldn't waste time. But they did have the part in stock. The guys up front are friendly and very intelligent and smart about automotive. This place is 1 of the last dismantle shops around. They have been in business a long time. Prices seem to be fair and for some parts they will work with you to make sure your happy. FYI this place sells used parts. Just needed to pass that info on. Overall I have no complaints about this place I'm glad they are still open. Stop on by if your in need of a used part for your car you won't be disappointed. Thumbs up

Retail prices are very competitive, clean yard, the only thing they don’t take is CRV recycling. But appliances, all metal scraping and non Ferrous metal.A bit confusing to get into the retail scale since they service commercial accounts and there are lots of rigs in and out.But Retail scale is the first entrance at left hand after the guard shank.

Dirty aluminum? Had extrusions with a little plastic on ends. Likely would have got a better price elsewhere. 6 cents compared to 20 cents a lb. Greedy. Not very helpful.

Good place for a second hands parts

This place has been here as long as I remember. The iconic hanging car . After 37 years I finally had a reason to go in and i found what I needed. Also borrowed a tool from a nice stranger he came through

I honestly wouldn’t ever waste my time stepping into the store you ever again from the moment I walked in the Energy changed completely. Unfortunately, for us, we did not receive great customer, Service. Not Sure if it was a star owner, but He decided to say “ I’m not trying to be a dick. I’m just upfront”. No matter their circumstances, you need to watch how you talk to customers if you’re trying to run a business. When we’re trying to explain our situation, he cuts us off. Maybe he was just having a bad day ,but Take my advice and just go to AutoZone Not only will you get the part brand new But almost at the same price and with Warrantee…… Response to owner: You might be confusing me with another customer, but I did not go to the back and help myself like you say even if I did happen to go to the sign what if it was my first time there there’s no reason to be rude and be a dick run your business better I could contact the BBB if you would like. Your tow truck driver brake checked a semi on 40 west 3/30 @ 1630 near water rd he’s a pos that should be fired I have it all on dash cam and turning it in to chp as we speak.

Had a customer with a Toyota Camry that needed a motor I called other places that just gave me the run around. Called Richard he had low mile motor in perfect condition by the end of the day it was ready for me to pick up wiring harness was in one piece saved the shop so much time installing it. Great warranty now the customer is back on the road thanks again Richard

Easy going guys, and good size yard. But be careful, they'll way over charge you for parts, best to check online what they cost first. They charged me $28 for a side mirror that the same part on Amazon cost $14 new. And at the Oakland location they charged me $3 for. Not sure why this location is so much more expensive.

Place is good the have a lot of inventory but they should keep a track list of customers because most of the time is the same people at that place just waiting for a good car to get the engine and other parts and they re sell it for more that the double of the original amount some times more and I think those junk yards should be for regular customers not for business because I went to look for a engine for a Toyota Camry 2007 and all the engines were gone they put a Camry at the moment when I was at the place the guys that work there we’re dealing with workers and I saw one guy giving money to one of the workers and than he brought a Toyota Camry for them is about business if you to look for a engine you will not found it because there a lot people waiting for the good parts take them to their shop and cleaned and re sell it for 3 times what they pay in there so don’t go there if they you see you that you looking for a part that they need they look you bad but those rats are not the owners of the yard but they make you feel like if there are the owners

I was having trouble getting rid of my car that had a lien sale still on it. They came and picked it up quick. My mom really liked their service and was grateful for their help.

I'm always pleased with the fast no fuss exchange at Bruce's .. The men are super helpful when unloading the scrap.. I even enjoy being held accountable for making sure I clean my scrap the correct way . Thank you for being there 6 days a week and being constant... My favorite scrap stop
