I had excellent service very professional. I brought in a full truckload copper and aluminum and some metal. They explained to me. That if I cleaned the metal they paid top dollar. If you have the time is it worth a lot more that way. They pulled me off to the side and employee showed me how to do that. The other companies don't tell you that. they just buy it like it is. then they clean it and they make the money on it. It was nice I made an extra $50.00. Doing that in just 10 minutes it was a really easy. highly recommend them. Larry Turner

Is literally one of the only recycling centers that I will go to with my copper or other metals I have been to a few places local to hear that have shorten me on what I should have been paid for or who have gave me a hard time because of my timing coming 10 minutes before closing. These guys have stayed open for me when I have called just a minute after what they would close the doors at very good customer service can get a little packed at times but they still are pretty quick! Feel free to try your luck somewhere else if you feel that you would rather be paid right and have good customer service then there'd be no questions asked somewhere to go besides here!

1991 was the last time I was at this place. I happen across this place again because I have some copper to recycle. Before my last time here in 1991i was completely loyal to only this place. Well it doesn’t seem to have changed much as far as the honesty there. I see a lot of complaints in regards to the fair weights being paid for metals. I will sum up my complaint now. I had what I recall a 30 gallon trash can and I would ALWAYS have it filled to the top or close to it and would ALWAYS get about 40 bucks. On this occasion I watched him write down the weight and the total I was to be paid, which was around 20 dollars. I said, “wait a second I usually get about 40 dollars for that amount.” His answer (and I haven’t forgot it to this day was), “join our list of complainers.” I got my 20 dollars and the 3 or 4 dum dums that the gave you and never went back. Really what recourse do you have? It’s your word against theirs. Watch out for DWB metals (think that’s the name) off of frontera street in Anaheim, they do the same kind of crooked stuff, hope this helps!

It is nice the place is open on sundays,the prices per pound are not the best,they could be better most costumers are below poverty level and this place is busy with customers.the staff is friendly except the dude behind the scale ,I was not able to see my weight and when I tried to look at the weight the dude stated in a loud voice about me saying here we have someone that doesn't trust me look everybody he doesn't trust me he has to look at the weight I am 57 years old I didn't appreciate him making fun of me in front of everybody. I was very dissatisfied with him.i felt like he was harrassed by this man.i am going back if he does this again I might get legal advice.i feel that I have the right to check my weights and I should be respected. Not make fun of me .

Bruce has been around forever the great thing is open 7 days til 5pm beware gate closes at 445 sharp. And it's a good idea to pre sort your recycles before you get there.

Felt ripped off for the amount of items I had took advantage of me & made me feel like i didn't know what i was talking about. Well never ever go back. Honest people at DBW Metal in Anaheim. I took less items to DBW Metals and gor more money frome them than i did from Bruces.

Not good at all. I don't know this workers name, but he's the guy that, pretty much, is always behind the scale. A short, heavy set, light complection, and wears glasses. Anyhow. I've caught him, numerous times, cheating me by deducting a lot of lbs of my copper. I'm sure he does this to pocket the money he cheats people out of. ALL of the regulars say the same thing about him. The guy is completely out of line and needs to be fired for this. He's a scumbag.

Being a 2nd generation electrical contractor, we have been bringing our scraps here for over 30 years. Very friendly service, they run a pretty tight business as it gets slammed on weekends. Prices are okay, not the best, but they take everything, they will also sell you stuff for a really good price if you ask nicely. I bought a brand new stainless steel countertop for $40. 💰💵 same day!

Good place to salvage your metals, recycled bottles, aluminum cans, and plastic. Find out their opening hours because you wait later in mid-morning you will line up with vehicles ahead to be service. I waited half hour before my collection of recyclables service.

I will never go here again. This place is crawling with tweakers & these dudes ripped me off. I had one thing that was mixed copper and brass so they marked my whole load as mixed. They also tried paying me reg steel as stainless. Im new at this so i only caught the steel scam at the time. The one place i went b4 they weighed it in front of me and paid me fair plus it was all reg workin dudes.

Took scrap copper #1 had an easy 100 plus pound bag that took 2 staff members to carry and when I got paid the weight was marked as 85lbs. Just WOW thats B.S. Make this place your last option.

They were great about helping me, directing me on the process. They $ may have been weak, but I don't care. I was able to recycle any kind of plastic or metal can or bottle I had. I'm not doing it for the cash , I'm doing it for the world.

Guys are all super friendly and helpful almost always make more than I think I will. They take just about any kind of recyclable material. Compound is dirty and theres stuff all over the ground so wear actual shoes and maybe gloves too.
