They came today and picked up my 2010 Dodge Avenger I really hated letting that car go I loved it but over all customer experience they were so polite James was the tow truck driver he was really sweet and held a conversation which I liked over all experience was the best hands down! Recommend them to anyone anyday

Went in to order parts it took longer than he said to start with to get them in then when I got ready to put the parts on my truck the parts were for a different truck and not what I ordered I wouldn’t waste my time here go elsewhere

Went for a random part for my daughter's 03 car (air intake box). Searched 25+ rows of Chevys before I found it. Office staff was only mildly helpful. Pricing was very reasonable!

They've always taken care of my gray market Kubota. Sometimes a little backed up on work & have to wait a little extra time, but worth it. No problems with my experiences, not sure what happened with the guys leaving bad reviews. I've been using Southern Global for about 7 years now without issue. Always had friendly service from the ladies in the office area, and satisfactory work from the guys in the back. Thanks Willie!

Autozone was recently the place I've gone to when I've had any problems with my car, but now I'm looking to change that.Had a problem with my car battery and so I got a replacement from the store for around $160; a battery that was recommended to me by one of the cashiers after I told him the make of my car. I had the new battery installed but it did not solve the issue. I took my car over to Crest volvo for them to tell me after a diagnostics that the battery was the wrong voltage, and that they would have to change the battery to a factory one. I took the old battery back to Autozone for a return, and it turns out after an installation that I can't get any cash back for the purchase; even if the purchase was only a couple days ago.Beforehand, autozone has been great to offer suggestions for problems I've had with my car. I would not recommend getting any parts from the store however, to avoid situations like these.

I searched 12 States for a particular part for my ATV not only did they have it but they went out of their way to make sure that it was the exact right one and they are even shipping it to me from Mississippi all the way up to South Dakota. This is a business that genuinely cares about their clients and their customers and I know that from now on any parts I need for my ATV I'm going to them without a doubt

Well the guys down there help problem solve my trucks issue and even helped me install the parts. Very nice guys indeed. The store was very clean and easy location to find. They was lacking on a few products. But so is ever other store. So can't hold that against them. But I was very pleased at the quality of service the guys have.

A bad review is the least I can do. Do not do business with these theives. They sold us the wrong part and was too expensive. I learned the hard way and you will to if you give them a chance to steal from you . They have no skills dealing with customers. Dumb and dumber. The only way they have good reviews is from family because I doubt they have any friends. Bad businessman and horrible business

Terrible customer service. Tried to purchase a part the associate said they would call me back. They never called back so after a week I called them again. Asked if I could purchase the part. The associate said no. I asked why and the associate said I wouldn't want to hear the answer. Then proceeded to tell me that I don't want to hear what the owner has to say either. Then said to stop asking for the part and in an aggressive to said "I'm not going to tell you again" absolute worst customer service I've ever experienced.

Always friendly staff and I’ve found dozens of parts for project and cars I’ve sold! I know I’ve saved $35K over buying new parts! The only things I wish are that they would actually have someone to remove parts as stated on the website, have number to call directly to the location to see if a part is in for a small fee(say $5) vs corporate & clean up the isles a few times a week. Other than that keep it going! Tell Frog, Catfish and Tre they are the best! Best regards!
