Autozone was recently the place I've gone to when I've had any problems with my car, but now I'm looking to change that.Had a problem with my car battery and so I got a replacement from the store for around $160; a battery that was recommended to me by one of the cashiers after I told him the make of my car. I had the new battery installed but it did not solve the issue. I took my car over to Crest volvo for them to tell me after a diagnostics that the battery was the wrong voltage, and that they would have to change the battery to a factory one. I took the old battery back to Autozone for a return, and it turns out after an installation that I can't get any cash back for the purchase; even if the purchase was only a couple days ago.Beforehand, autozone has been great to offer suggestions for problems I've had with my car. I would not recommend getting any parts from the store however, to avoid situations like these.

Usually got the parts I need but sometimes they'll give ya the wrong stuff but it's all good.

I’m traveling from Houston to Alabama and I had a coolant hose blow off. Matt came out and helped me diagnose the problem and got me running again. God places people in our lives at different times even for just an hour and I’m truly blessed and grateful for these guys.
