Autozone was recently the place I've gone to when I've had any problems with my car, but now I'm looking to change that.Had a problem with my car battery and so I got a replacement from the store for around $160; a battery that was recommended to me by one of the cashiers after I told him the make of my car. I had the new battery installed but it did not solve the issue. I took my car over to Crest volvo for them to tell me after a diagnostics that the battery was the wrong voltage, and that they would have to change the battery to a factory one. I took the old battery back to Autozone for a return, and it turns out after an installation that I can't get any cash back for the purchase; even if the purchase was only a couple days ago.Beforehand, autozone has been great to offer suggestions for problems I've had with my car. I would not recommend getting any parts from the store however, to avoid situations like these.

Usually got the parts I need but sometimes they'll give ya the wrong stuff but it's all good.

I’m traveling from Houston to Alabama and I had a coolant hose blow off. Matt came out and helped me diagnose the problem and got me running again. God places people in our lives at different times even for just an hour and I’m truly blessed and grateful for these guys. Thank you guys again and Matt I hope you see this and understand how much you helped me. Thank you!!

Always got what I'm looking... Store parts manager charlie always gives great help

Those guys and gals know their stuff. Very friendly and helpful. Today needed something that isn't made anymore so they came up with 2 items that made it possible for me to make my own. Now that's going outta your way to help a customer. And besides that I got it FREE, yes FREE. I had money on my zone card that had built up. Auto Zone is my place to go for things I need and really good advice. There's not enough stars to rate these people !!

Our tail light went out we replaced bulbs and it still would not come back on .. the amazing guys at auto zone matt and patrick helped get our light fixed and back on the road . Thank you so much!!

Always on point at the Purvis and Poplarville locations

I guess the employees were just being lazy because of the rain but, I was never greeted or asked if I needed any help. When I was ready to pay for my items I had to wait for 2 of the employees to finish talking about their cars before I could get their attention all while the lady that was working was sitting on a ladder playing on her phone! After I paid for the windshield wipers I bought, the person who took my payment never asked if I needed help putting them on or thanked me for shopping there. Next time I'll just go to O'Reilly's!

These guys are great at what they do in Poplarvlle. What' would have potentially cost me alot of money but thanks to their Technictions only cosy me a fuse. Thanks Patrick
