Guys had the part we needed, sent wife to pick it up and they stated 10 bucks to put it on. We had no issue with that however when we went to pay the bill Ben our contact chose not to charge us as it was an easy install with no tools. Good, busy guys and great service. Definitely do business again.

The guy that works behind the counter that acts like he is the owner is very rude. I called before I left boston to tell them I was coming to pick up a part. 1 hour and some change later. I get here and the part has not been removed from the donor vehicle. So in order not to come back I have to wait. This guy tells me he's not the one who answered the phone. So I say, how many people do you have answering the phone That does not pass on the message that a customer is coming to retrieve a part. His response to his sister that was standing behind the counter with him was these customers always want to argue. I politely checked him then proceeded to wait on my part. The unprofessionalism is real here.

How can I not write a good review about Angelo Padula?!? He is one of the greatest guys I know. He is honest. He has a big heart. He has great character. He's just a great guy all around. He is into politics, however I promise you this is not a political review. Not my thing...to say politey. If you want the real deal, an honest deal, just all around decent place to go - this is the place. This is your guy. He is everyone's guy.. All I needed to see was, ...the name Angelo Padula! A resident of West Warwick (his whole life). He respects this town, he respects the people in it, and he's an honest, kind, REAL GENTLEMAN. A patron of his, or a fellow politician? He doesn't care. He is just a nice guy.

If I could post zero I would. NEVER GO HERE!!!!! They suck so badly, don’t answer. Give you the run around after you paid for a piece & will give you your parts without all the pieces then tell you figure it out basically and no refunds. 0/10 not recommended mmentf

If you want to sell junk used auto parts and tell your customers "your not in business to give people their money back" you should t be in business. Promise a hard working honest person that a transmission is perfect with a shift kit and neither statement is true, you sir are a horrible business owner. People do your research about this company before purchasing anything from this business. Make sure you understand it's a "junkyard" and he sells guaranteed junk and doesn't stand behind it. Bad business!!!

Called to get info for a junking a vehicle and I'm DISGUSTED by how rude the "gentleman" who answered the phone was. Not at all the way to do business. Called at 3pm during the week and you would have thought I woke him in the dead of night on a weekend. Don't even bother calling this one!

Arrived and ordered a wheel and tire with a gentleman in the office. Said to come back the next day and it would be ready. Arrived next day, said gentleman wasn’t there, but there was a rep at the counter who was extremely rude and matter of fact. Said they didn’t have the part, never ordered it and couldn’t understand why he would’ve told me so. She’s outright rude and acts like what she’s selling is gold. Get a new job! Brutal customer service. Maybe that’s why you’re working in a junk yard.

First and foremost I just like to say that when I called I believe it is Central now not Johnston Auto salvage I believe it is the owner who answered the phone and told me that he had a piece of glass for my car window upon going down to the yard to pay for the window so that it could be uninstalled from the vehicle it was originally in the owner looked up the window in his inventory and try to match apart to my VIN number he then came back and said unfortunately the window will not fit in your vehicle. He then picked up the phone and called I'm actually not sure who it was I assume another establishment and ordered me a brand newp wrecked vehicle I'm his yard. The window came in two days later packed very nicely in a cardboard box so not to get broken or chipped... This man was an absolute best and provided the best, ver customer service that I've gotten a very long time!! Anytime I need a part for my vehicle I will be calling Central/Johnson Auto salvage you again sir for all your help!¡

Junk Car buyers Central Falls paid the most Cash 4 Junk Cars and they picked it up for me today I was in a pinch, these guys are really great at what they do also have a great customer service I’d recommend them any day.

Great place if you know what you're doing. If you are new to car repair it can be a little overwhelming. the staff are helpful and nice. They can recommend where to look if the place does not have anything. I have fixed more cars from parts from here and the staff is caring.
