Highly recommend, we have called before and even if they didn't have the part they assisted us with other places to call. Today i called for a part and she said they will get the part off the car and call when ready, they called back within an hour. My driver went to get the part and they said everything about the transaction was great and super friendly. Will definitely be keeping our business here.

If you want property damage and an unresponsive company in resolving said property damage, this is the tow company to use. Driver admits he wasn't paying attention. He needed a tow truck for his tow truck. If that doesn't speak volumes, then him hooking up to my house without permission to get unstuck should. He tried to use my porch steps as an anchor and completely tore the step from the house. Let's not forget that he got stuck in my yard, leaving four beautiful holes/tire marks/divets that I now need to go spend money to fill in and fix. It's been a week since I have contacted them about resolving this issue. They asked for pictures; I sent pictures. And, silence. It's disappointing that a company can't take responsibility for the actions of their drivers. I would absolutely not recommend using this tow company.

I would just like to thank jantz for buckling down and getting this work done for just over 2500 dollars. You guys killed the work time it took 2 weeks from the day you told me. And stuck to your word on getting me back my vehicle. In like new condition. You can't tell this car was ever in an accident and I'm beyond joyful with the customers service and price. I will recommend you to all my family and friends. Thank you again.

I will never go there again. Because they damaged my vehicle and told me that They are not responsible for any of the damages and i brought my own vehicle at my own risk and that I shouldnt have brought a nice vehicle there and wasnt going to pay for none of the damages They treated me like they did not care about what they did and just walk away. everything could of been easily avoided if the guy would just ask for help but thinking he could pull out a 400 pound piece of metal out by himself.

I've had some pretty horrible customer service before but calling this place and speaking with Ken was the worst customer experience I have ever had he was very very disrespectful to myself and to my roommate whom has had a brain injury. It was very unfortunate I tried to wish Ken a better day and he seemed to be just very displeased that I was trying to be nice to him after he was rude and disrespectful. I hope they can have a better year I don't understand his circumstances I just wish she'd have a little better customer service.

Anthony Felix has made choosing a place for all my shop supply’s very easy. The products at auto value have not let me down once but the reason I continue to come back for every supply in my shop is the support I get from Anthony.

I stopped there and needed a high pressure hose that was very important for my application. They were the only place in the area that makes that type of hose. The staff is very knowledgeable and had the hose and fittings in stock. They made the hose right on the spot. Id like to give a big shout out to curt, Terry and Rick for saving my day. Very impressed on how they handled my situation, although they were busy they made me feel that my need for the high pressure hose was important to them. The staff there makes you feel that anything that you need is just as important to them. Not like the other stores I've been to

Terrible service! Calls are never answered!!! You have to try calling all day to get a hold of someone. Owner is extremely rude and unprofessional. I wouldn't recommend anyone to go here. If you want a place that provides good service and communication, please go somewhere else. This is NOT the place to get your parts from. I've heard from friends that most times they get bad parts from there anyways, so save yourself the time and money. I only gave it the one star because I couldn't post it without it.
