My tire blew out couple miles from winter, wi and I called all around and Jed was the only one willing to help a guy. Jed had a busy day and he still went out of his way to help someone in need. That rate there is what more people should be like. He's an hour and a half from my town but I'll still be making sure I come back and telling friends that are in the scrapping business where you can get treated well! Thanks and I really will be back, and thank you so much to your family for also going out of there way and taking time out of there day to drive over 40 miles to help a guy in need. Thank you

This was the only towing company to answer my call. Not only that but they calmed my anxieties and fears as this was my first time breaking down. They responded very quickly and helped me decide what to do with my car and assured I made it to a safe location until I was able to be picked up. This company truly saved me on the side of the road! I could go on and on but to end it here they are quick, respectful, kind, safe and the people you should call when you need a tow!

Got the parts I needed at a real good price $20 for some tow hooks for my Blazer. People were real helpful and were willing to help. Really recommend going here if you need parts for your car at a good price.

I will never go there again. Because they damaged my vehicle and told me that They are not responsible for any of the damages and i brought my own vehicle at my own risk and that I shouldnt have brought a nice vehicle there and wasnt going to pay for none of the damages They treated me like they did not care about what they did and just walk away. everything could of been easily avoided if the guy would just ask for help but thinking he could pull out a 400 pound piece of metal out by himself.

I'm sure it's a pretty nice place for most people. But my experience going in there was not the best. It didn't seem very welcoming, friendly or motivated.

I stopped there and needed a high pressure hose that was very important for my application. They were the only place in the area that makes that type of hose. The staff is very knowledgeable and had the hose and fittings in stock. They made the hose right on the spot. Id like to give a big shout out to curt, Terry and Rick for saving my day. Very impressed on how they handled my situation, although they were busy they made me feel that my need for the high pressure hose was important to them. The staff there makes you feel that anything that you need is just as important to them. Not like the other stores I've been to

Terrible service! Calls are never answered!!! You have to try calling all day to get a hold of someone. Owner is extremely rude and unprofessional. I wouldn't recommend anyone to go here. If you want a place that provides good service and communication, please go somewhere else. This is NOT the place to get your parts from. I've heard from friends that most times they get bad parts from there anyways, so save yourself the time and money. I only gave it the one star because I couldn't post it without it.
