They had my Harley-Davidson for a few days and had it secured inside. The fellas there are really descent folks. It's a tow yard so you know what to expect as far as prices...but overall really great guys..thanks guys for taking care of my scoot!

This lady told us she did not hire us and not to come on her property after she ordered lawn mowing service. She was very rude about it and we had packed the equipment and were already otw to the house. We tried reaching out to her in the morning no response this is disappointing and out of pocket?

Fantastic work! The gentleman who replaced my windshield today deserves a raise!!! I didn’t get his name (12/29/23) but he did an absolutely fantastic job! Even cleaned all the glass shards that were all over my interior as a result of the accident, I was very impressed. Not to mention the friendly service on the phone and at the counter. Thank you for all you do.

Had my car towed here recently after it had stalled on me. It took them two and half weeks to get to actually looking at the car (despite them telling me after I called the first time they’ll look at it the first week). Once they looked at it, it started so they called me to let me know it was running and could be picked up. I double checked everything was good and it didn’t need to be actually looked at and they assured me it was fine. Immediately upon picking it up and starting it I could tell it was not okay based off the noise it was making so now after not having my car for 2 and a half weeks I still have to take it to the shop (definitely not here again) to actually get fixed. They’ve always been disorganized in their scheduling/communication. Perhaps they should get a female receptionist to try and help with at least customer communication.

Our car was towed to Jantz after an accident and I had heard they were pretty good, and my family members new the owners so I wasn’t too worried about the car and thought it’d be in good hands but we didn’t get an estimate for 2 months even after calling constantly, myself and fiancé left multiple messages every week and never got calls back. The men that work there are rude as well, when we went to talk about what was going in person they were snarking and one man even laughed as if us being down a vehicle and not getting any info on the matter was funny. This is the worst service I have ever had when it comes to vehicle repair. We were not serviced at all and ended up going to get the car ourselves and bring it to a different shop. I don’t recommend bringing your car here if you want it to be repaired and get good customer service.

Had my car towed here after someone ran a red light and hit my car. I don't live in the area so I was unfamiliar on where to go, so the cops called Jantz to tow it. We ended up using them to fix my car. Car got fixed fine, and they seemed to work with the insurance company okay - hence the 3 stars. They were fairly nice in person when we went to pick the car up, as well. Not gonna lowball with a 1 star. 1 star removed because after both myself and another family member calling them to try to follow up on the car and get ANY type of information from anyone over the phone was a HASSLE and impossible. A family member had to physically drive there to talk to someone in person (again neither of us lived in Kenosha). They kept telling us someone will call us back with info, but it never happened. In person, the best we got was a general range on when the car would be finished and "we'll call you to confirm tomorrow." No call, so we just showed up to pick up the car before they closed and the guy said "oh, great timing. The guy that was working on it usually has off today, but he came in to finish it and it just got done 10 minutes ago." Good thing we showed up anyways, because they would never have called us and I would've been out of a car for longer. Another star removed because any item I had in the backseat, they threw into the trunk. They ended up BREAKING my personal items by throwing them in the trunk and tossing other things on top of them. Had nearly 50 disposable masks neatly in a plastic bag, which after being TOSSED in there, all of them were scattered and dirty. Not sure why they needed to touch my personal belongings in the car to begin with or why they felt the need to stow them away in the trunk.

I've been going to this family owned business of recycled auto parts for 40 years. They are the best I've seen in the Chicago/Milwaukee megalopolis area. Professional and not arrogant. Fast and accurate. Very helpful without talking down to you. Usually the lowest prices too.

Towing service came right on time. The driver was really nice and helpful. The staff on the phone were very nice and made my day pretty easy. Unfortunately they were backed up 2 weeks in advance to work on the car that got towed, but if a place is backed up that typically means I️t must be good service worth the wait. Thanks Jantz!

Requiring a tow is frustrating, but this company was professional and wonderful to deal with. The driver was quick to get the car loaded safely and very nice. If we ever need to tow another car, we will absolutely use this company.

What a class act! These guys were great!! Ross who answered the phone was so polite and helpful. The tow truck driver was prompt and very professional too. Then I got the bill and had the most pleasant surprise of all. The rates were VERY reasonable. I will ALWAYS use these guys in the future. Keep up the good work!

My daughter had a wheel come off and needed a tow, she was too far away from home to tow it so we had it taken to Jantz. They gave us an estimate and had the car back on the road within a week. Not bad for an out of town repair who we had no history with. The price was fair too, grateful for their help in a difficult situation.

Everything was fine and dandy when they fixed my fuses and etc.The car was started for me when I picked it up DIDN'T THINK NOTHING OF IT AT THE TIME. But then I went to try to take my key from the ignition when I got home my key would NOT COME OUT. So I called them exactly 6 minutes after they closed and the Towing service couldn't do nothing about it and they said they were gone already, so here I am with a car with a key stuck in it to where it won't turn off the radio and I turned off my auto lights so that solved my headlight and tail light issue. But now I'm afraid for my battery now. Very stressed out and since it's my only key I'll have to lock myself out on purpose to make sure my car is safe and that no one can take it and have someone unlock it for me in the morning. Will be there first thing tomorrow morning!(After I have Alligator Towing pop open my car) Have never had a issue with my key being stuck. Pretty dissapointed that this happened at my favorite place to take my car. Hopefully there's a explanation for all of this.

I have been using Jantz Parts and service for all my automotive repairs (including my business vehicles) for the last 6 years. They are a BUSY shop, so with that, comes some delays may happen. Steve Jantz has always been fair to me for the price of all repairs as well as vehicle purchases. I have also purchased 2 used cars from him. If there have been any issues with any parts they replaced (with-in a fair amount of time) he has always helped me out. Yes do they offer used parts and WILL install them at a fraction of the cost of new and the labor prices are well below the price you would pay for the same thing somewhere else. This is why I come here. I don't plan on keeping all of my vehicles forever. Although I have kept all my vehicles ALOT LONGER than I planned cause its cheaper to have them fix it then get a new car payment.

DO NOT USE THEIR TOWING SERVICES. Vehicle was towed by Jantz and the windshield ended up with 2 gigantic holes. When asked about it, the Owner clearly stated "I don't know, it wasn't me personally who towed it". He then also stated that it seems that the Owner's of the vehicles he tows in at the request of a State Troopers, all complain about the damages to their vehicles. Look elsewhere for a towing company. You'll end up in worse shape if they touch your vehicle.

They have cheapest prices for used engines and transmission around Racine/Kenosha area but installation cost is ridiculously outrageous. Don’t recommend installing engine or transmission from them instead look around Racine couple good mechanics charging a fraction of their installation cost.
