Address:250 W. L Walden Rd, Georgetown, TX (Zipcode: 78626)Phone:Open hours:ClosedStatus:ClosedBefore booking a rental. I had confirmed the material I was looking to get rid of was accepted. Nikki verified by responding yes we will take that material via email. I booked the roll off and blocked out a few hours to load it up so that I wasn’t wasting money. They came and picked it up no issue, two days later I receive a call stating they can’t accept that material and if they were to keep it I would be paying upwards of $14k. They stated I could either pay for it or they could bring it back and dump it in our yard. Not a good experience Edit----1/6/24 Contacted customer Care to see if they would provide a reasonable resolution, no communication has occurred in two weeks since their comment.

Address:2625 N Mccoll Rd, Hidalgo, TX (Zipcode: 78557)Phone:Open hours:ClosedStatus:ClosedHIGHLY RECOMMENDED. I constantly buy from this business. With the recent new ownership/management, it has been for the absolute best. I usually shop around and compare prices. They will price match 9 out of 10 times. They have always honored their warranty and have a very large inventory. The staff is polite always. And man is the inventory HUGE!

Address:2176 Simpson St, San Angelo, TX (Zipcode: 76905)Phone:Open hours:ClosedStatus:ClosedWaiting to submit my rating. They presently have my vehicle there and I am just waiting to see if I still recommend them to others as I have been. They have always had my busness but this time it's a little different so we will see.
This has overall been an incredibly disappointing experience. I sold my car through Peddle, who put me in touch with US Auto Recycling to pick it up. A week after they picked up my car I found out I was supposed to take the plates off of it beforehand. Now, I acknowledge this is my fault and I should have done more research before selling my car. As soon as I learned this (on a Friday), I tried calling their office multiple times but kept getting voicemail. When I finally got through on Monday, Vicky was the one to answer. Vicky was judgmental, patronizing, and frustrating to deal with. Throughout the conversation she repeatedly interrupted me and would sigh and huff when I explained the problem. Unhelpfully, she repeatedly told me that I should have taken the plates off beforehand. The first time I called for her help, she even clearly said, "I wish some people would just grow up and learn to do things right," in a disparaging tone. Overall, I found her rude and would suggest that in the future she take the time to listen to what people have to say without expressing judgment, and try to take a more positive, helpful attitude toward them. I doubt I'll ever get my plates back—from what I gleaned from my conversation with Vicky, it seems US Auto Recycling doesn't keep digital files or track which driver picked up which car and took it to which lot, which should be unacceptable in 2021. Other than that, the experience probably would have been just fine if I'd never needed to call their office.

Address:620 Dicker Rd, Mcallen, TX (Zipcode: 78503)Phone:Open hours:ClosedStatus:ClosedMessaged them through Facebook for an alternator for a specific vehicle. They confirmed they had the part plus another one. I told them I'd get there soon so I can pick up and go out my way. I get there an hour after and asked for the part, they told me their workers were busy but they would bring it within 10 minutes. I asked if the alternator was already removed from the vehicle or if it was already sitting on a shelf, I was told "they're bringing it already" I'm like alright that's fine, 20 minutes passed and I asked again if they were coming already, he says yes. This went on about three times. A whole hour and half passes by and finally they bring me it. I asked if it works and the guy said "yes, we just removed it from the truck." I made it clear to him why didn't he tell me that since the beginning and just stayed quiet. Once it goes there I asked if they could test it because there's absolutely no way of telling it works or not, I even asked if I could take it to auto zone before purchase and they denied it, three of the guys were straight up telling me it works. I asked if they have a tester and they ended up testing it. Mechanic comes in and says it doesn't work. They just want to sell you whatever they have without checking. They immediately tell me they have the second one coming already, they said 5-10 minutes. I wanted this alternator so bad I waited another 30 minutes. Nothing. I asked for my alternator back and just left. They were trying to keep me as long as they could while I had my daughters and wife waiting in the car, I even drove off for about 10 minutes because my daughter needed to use the restroom. All of this could have been a 3 minute process. I asked for the item an hour ahead and it wasn't ready until hours after, and it didn't even work. They tried selling me something that was broken and prolonging the situation. This place could use some honesty but then again it's a junk yard. Junk. The only reason it has 2 stars is because the mechanic was the only one that was honest. Other than that it would have been a negative review. This is why people don't buy local.

Address:3928 E Denman Ave, Lufkin, TX (Zipcode: 75901)Phone:Open hours:ClosedStatus:ClosedVery unorganized business. No directions on weighing, unloading location, and departure. Business wanted to lump aluminum and scrap together. It wasn’t until we were pulling out to leave that a man helped my husband. He pulled the aluminum off trailer and weighed on a separate scale. He was very helpful. Otherwise the scale reader is broken. There are no advertised prices. This a rip off establishment.
Great great man took both my 2 cars that were 20 years old . Same day!!! Pat is excellent on customer service!!!!
