This is my go-to place for auto parts. Staff is knowledgeable and quick to help. AutoZone has the right parts, an easy return policy and often the best prices.

Highly recommend Bennetts the lady on the phone was very polite and friendly, truck driver was also very nice, responsive, and got here quickly. Price was cheaper than every other tow truck company I had called, will be using this service again. They also do not ask for card over the phone which I very much appreciate as I don't feel safe telling people my card info over the phone.

Raisinman for parts is my first choice because he only charges what the part is worth considering condition of parts and if he doesn't have my part he'll give me a good lead. Raisinman will also let me know I've got to bite the bullet and go order a new part. I really appreciate doing business with them.

A bunch of skiplickers that spam car groups in the UK despite not even having a business selling parts in the UK. I'd imagine their dad sells the tupperware and their mum is on only fans.

Went to get our belongings from our totaled vehicle that had been stored here and everything that was worth anything was stolen and If it wasn’t exactly “valuable” then it was the kids toys or sentimental items we had in there that were gone.

Yall need to fix your scanners or registers. Every item I purchased rang up $2 higher than what was listed. I didn't have time to argue so I paid and left. But the situation should have at least been given some attention.

Great place to find parts. However one need to get parts on the same day instead of returning. I returned to get parts two days later to find that the cars I wanted parts off of were moved to the crush pile. :(

They rip off soldiers charged 550$ dollars for a simple tow my car got stuck in some mud(very little mud just the front 2) and literally had the tow truck push me over. It was not a hard job they had no excuses to charge that much. The old man that came out didn't even offer to adjust the price to an appropriate 50$ dollars worth for the service. If your not from the area it seems they don't have your best interests.

I am 1500 miles away, but got the dreaded call from my daughter...Dad, my car broke down. She is in school in NO. I called several mechanics in NO and got several prices. The most compassionate person I spoke to was Merrill at Heissers. The car needed a new clutch assembly and Merrill got back to be right away with the best price out of the 5 places I called, and beat the highest price by 1/2! He was very accommodating, and demonstrated genuine concern about getting my daughter back on the road. He did GREAT work and was very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend him to anyone who needs work done on their car. A real stand up guy and not a rip off.

I had the opportunity to buy a motor from James the owner here at West Gate. I couldn’t be more pleased with his professionalism and care he has for his customers. At one point my motor need a little work (small components) James handled it quickly and got my business truck back on the road. Will use West Gate for future services.

BEWARE!!! BEWARE!!! This place and it's owners are total rip-off artists! I'll NEVER spend another dime there! I went there to source a good, newer engine for my small business' diesel pickup truck that still drove with the old motor, but had little power and we used EVERY day. They said they had one, charged me nearly $4000, and said that it had a "Sixty day warranty". I had the engine professionally installed a week later, and when it was first started, it had a knock in the engine. They REFUSED to honor their warranty! Two weeks later, an internal engine part came apart and grenaded the engine (which could have been repaired reasonably under their "warranty" when I first told them and they denied warranty). So, not only was my truck down, I was out the $4000 they charged AND the $900 to pay the mechanics (for install), a towing bill for when the engine grenaded, and the cost to rent a truck for nearly a month while all of this was going on! I ended up having my old engine reworked, while I had the rental . It was my business' ONLY vehicle, so it was a MAJOR headache! BEWARE!!! BEWARE!!!!
