The team here is fantastic and work very hard to help with whatever random requests or needs I come up with for cars, boats, etc. J and Mark are awesome. They are worth the drive even if you are in Bluffton.

Never did or would do business with them. Their truck was shedding massive sheets of metal along 26. It was scary as hell being around this truck. Tried calling to let y’all know but your phone wasn’t working. Ever had metal flying at your car going 60mph? I now have.

Amazing tow service. Even with a low to the ground car, Henry was able to carefully, and confidently use his truck to make sure it was not scuffing the ground. He gives a great price compared to everyone else around while doing a stellar job. Wouldn't recommend any other service

Bought a used transmission, told me it would be ready for pickup on Friday but called me a day early and I came and got it. Gave me a good deal and a great warranty. Put the new transmission in and it worked great. Would highly recommend purchasing parts from 221

Pull a part has every make and model vehicle and pleasant staff in the office to help direct you to the location of the vehicle you need a part for....Recycling part is fast... price for recycled metals could be better

Absolutely the WORST customer service I have witnessed in a long time !!! The “manager” belittled my friend while she tried to ask about what was needed .. then when she asked for his name he refused to give it and hung up on her. !!! Beyond RUDE .. ABSOLUTELY NO CUSTOMER SERVICE HERE !! First time customers at a junk yard and just had left PULL A PART .. and I must say it was a SMOOTH WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE.. BIG THUMBS UP TO PULL A PART THOUGH … and major thumbs DOWN to southern auto part .

I visited this place for the first time yesterday looking for parts for my 83 ford f150 the staff was nice at first went in, it was clean in the front part but a mess in the farther rows. The worst part is I found some parts (which I will say are harder to find nowadays) but the price for some of it was ridiculous, they were going to charge me $18 for a pane of glass for the side mirror and $8 each for the plastic pieces for the sides of the bench seat which is absurd. Not only that but they didn't even give the opinion if I wanted it they just added it on, that alone is scummy u should ask if people would like the warranty not just assume. WORST JUNKYARD EVER, will not ever be returning.
