I cannot speak highly enough of Mike and his crew. I was in an incredible bind and thought my car was a lost cause. Not only was he able to get the car sorted, but he did it for such a good price. It was also much less expensive than anybody else had quoted. Everything was taken care of in a timely fashion and the kindness and professionalism that Mike showed my family and I is something we are incredibly grateful for. Can't recommend them enough!

Went there today. The man (sorry didn't get his name) that helped me was patient and helped me anyway he could. He went above and beyond what was expected. The price was reasonable. Great place to go. I will be back the next time I have a need. Thank you so much.

They sell used Volvo parts. Not much to say 10/10 They also will work on your car: Finding someone with such thorough knowledge of 80s Volvos is very helpful in this day and age for people keeping them running. They seem to stand by their work and charge a fair price. (They modified an aftermarket distributor for me because the original was no longer available. Total life saver and my car runs perfectly now) I did have a mistake that rubbed me the wrong way: After having the transmission swapped in my car, the kickdown cable was set so that it never reached the kickdown detent at full throttle. They explained their mechanic "usually gets it right the first time" and they'll readjust it. When I complained, they set it so that it hit the kickdown detent at only 1/2 throttle which is even more unhinged... Why would I want a car that doesn't shift out of 1st gear until 4000rpm?? I was able to set it myself with the engine off just by the feel of the throttle so that the detent was at the end of the pedal travel and it was perfect the first time. Definitely gives the sense that the mechanic might not know what he's doing. Especially since the service manuals explain how to set it using numerical measurements (the cool thing about numbers is they're the same every time) I did have two other issues that really weren't their fault as far as I can tell but my girlfriend was mad at me for not taking my car to Kim in the first place..

Long time customer of this busy yard. Strange experience there today. Total clown show in lower parking lot. Large woman employee, manager? walking the parking lot in circles while shouting into a bullhorn. Loudly chastising drivers for parking where she felt they shouldn't have. Most of what she was yelling was garbled coming out of the bullhorn, and few in the lot to hear her anyway. A good example of a poor way to handle a problem. The parking lot stripes are worn and hard to see, a few traffic cones would keep customers out of the areas that were annoying her. Maybe the lot could be striped in the spring when things dry out. Too much crazy for me, I left.

They have places to separate your trash from recyclables here which is great to see a way to help things get properly disposed of and reused if possible. The facility is actually fairly clean seeming and well maintained. The day I was there I did not notice a horrible stench but it was also a cool day outside so not sure what it's like on hot sunny summer days.

Went in with questions and the owner was awsome. He explained exerything i asked and more i will use quil ceda recycling every time i can now. Highly recomend this place.......

You guys totaled my car. I expect a refund and will be making an insurance claim against you guys and/or going to a small claims court. My car was completely undamaged after going into the ditch, and only had severe damage after the driver dropped my car back into it mid-tow. I have before and after pictures. I also have witnesses. The pictures below illustrate the damage.

The people at Simpsons used auto parts are great people. They were the last place I called and just so happened to have the transmission I needed. Also they only charged me $488.00 for a gently used transmission witch any where else would have charged twice that amount. They even took the old wore out trans without charging me to dump it there. If you go there please ask for Monty he is very knowledgeable about what he has on his yard and tips to help you get the right part. Please show your support for Simpsons lots and services like these are a dying breed so please show your support.

Nice mom and pop car auto parts store. Very small town. But for how small had lots of antique parts as if everyone in town was fixing up their 60s Ford. Or possibly a '55 Chevrolet BelAir.

I’m usually not one to give reviews, but the way they do business there is just downright dishonest and rude. Had my engine sitting there for months and kept giving me the run around saying it’ll be done in two weeks. He told me that same line for a good couple months straight. Long story short I ended up being forced to pay 850.00 for a torn apart engine and a cheap rebuild kit. Definitely do not recommend.

EDIT: Last time I visited (June 2022), they stated they are crushing every 90s honda they get due to the thieves these cars attract. Sad to hear they can't control theft in their own yard and have to ruin it for everyone. It's still an awesome wrecking yard in my experience, besides crushing the only cars (90s civics) im interested in. I spent a few hours there pulling my own parts. Got more than I needed, and prices were fair. The gentlemen working there were helpful, friendly, and let me use a few of their tools. Would recommend you go there for all your used parts. I'll return my review to 5 stars when I find out you stop crushing 90s Hondas out of spite due to a few bad apple no good thieves in our community.

I got a new guy once to keep searching for a "head gasket on a rx-7, motor eas 13b turbo.. lol. No head gasket on rotary. Learned something. But I got laughs the time he searched was 37 minutes my call was 43 long. That was years ago. Then also they fired my brother to hire eye candy. Again 10 plus years ago. And that girl... well rocks be smarter.Now it's just a good reliable place tt car stuffs. The guys nice and throw courtesy around in a good way. They really know their stuff and man enough when havr no idea tell me then go find out.You all rock!
