I called to have my 2005 toyota corolla picked up and they got back to me the same day. Unfortunately they decided not to give me a call when they were going to pick up the car which created a very horrible situation. I was told I would get a call in the morning and they would schedule me out 48 hours in advanced. I received no phone call, just a knock at 6:30 or 7am. Luckily I had the day off when they arrived or it would have been even worse. They also werent able to get my car out of the driveway, I had to hook up my other car cuz my toyota didnt run.
