My tow truck driver was awesome. Lots of respect for the hard working people out in the field.My problem is with the office. I got a flat tire 1 mile away from my house. I could've waited in the comfort of my home if they were honest about my drivers estimated time of arrival. I called at noon, and the driver didn't arrive until 6 pm. Every time I called, the office said the driver was less than an hour away. The office kept vaguely blaming "traffic". I have never been stuck in traffic for 6 hours.They lied to me and wasted my whole day. I was supposed to work today, and I spent the day waiting in a parking lot 1 mile away from my desk.Service: Car towing

Absolutely stellar service. It’s New Year’s Eve, there’s snow on the roads and I needed TWO vehicles hauled. My 4WD drive car with snow tires slid backwards down the very steep, s-shaped driveway, jumped the curb, and was stranded with one wheel 10 feet above the street. Because of the snow storm the 5 hour wait was understandable to get service. The dispatcher was friendly and helpful and I had a pleasant conversation with her. Then the tow truck operator, a pleasant young man, got his truck stuck in the snow just like me. A characterization “of the blind leading the blind” I think.After three unsuccessful attempts to put on tire chains on the tow truck, and an hour of waisted time, I offered help and together we finally secured the chains to the tires. Once the truck was free he wenched my truck the 10 feet back onto the paved, snow covered surface that I slid off of that was the cause for my needing service. The biggest shocker was the $241.00 price tag for a service that should have taken 15 minutes and did not include any towing. One of the reasons the price was a shock was because the dispatcher had just given me a $200.00 quote to move my other car on a flat bed tow truck about five miles from one residence to another on Dec 31st. It’s interesting to see how yesterday’s accident caused need is much more costly then an elective want. But then that’s typical, take advantage when you can.

Our driver, Joel, was friendly, professional and responsive and was nice enough to give my 4 year old a tow truck tour which made his day! The dispatcher was also very friendly, helpful and responsive. It was very reassuring that they sent regular update texts regarding their arrival status. We highly recommend their service! Asap towing did a great job for moving a couple of my big toolboxes. Not an easy job at all, but the driver I had made it look much easier than many other tow truck companies I've used in the past 10 years from all over the country. Dakota was my driver and I highly recommend him, he deserves a raise for how well he operates his truck and how safely he rigged my boxes. Dakota has a great personality, was super friendly and was very hard working. I've met a lot of tow truck drivers and I have to say that Dakota was by far my favorite. I am not kidding when I say this man deserves a raise, he makes ASAP towing look REALLY good. I highly recommend using this company if you want an outstanding tow truck experience.
