I had an emergency situation on January 11, 2026, after hitting a large pothole on the highway that left me with a flat tire. I needed urgent towing service on a Sunday afternoon, and this towing company came through when I really needed help.<br><br>They accepted my urgent request and, importantly, did not charge any extra or emergency fees. On the way to the auto shop, one of the dollies unfortunately broke, which could have easily ended the trip. Instead of giving up, the driver immediately contacted his boss, who sent a replacement right away.<br><br>Despite all these unexpected issues, the driver stayed calm, professional, and determined. He managed to get my car to the auto shop just in time before closing, which allowed me to get the repair done and drive back home that same night.<br><br>Without their help and dedication, I would not have been able to make it back safely. I truly appreciate their professionalism, honesty, and commitment to getting the job done. Highly recommended.

We just want to give a big shoutout to you guys. Turned into a bigger job than expected. Both Phil and Josh were professional and courteous. They went above and beyond to pull this big baby out of the garage and meticulously backed it into the new. We were very happy with the price we paid for all the time and hassle. Thank you ASAP!!!! You guys totaled my car. I expect a refund and will be making an insurance claim against you guys and/or going to a small claims court. My car was completely undamaged after going into the ditch, and only had severe damage after the driver dropped my car back into it mid-tow. I have before and after pictures. I also have witnesses. The pictures below illustrate the damage.
