Got my trailer stuck in the mud last night they came out. Were extremely respectful and nice. Even after the Heavy Wrecker blow hydraulic hose they didn’t give up or get mad and leave me high and dry. The owner had his son come out with a Medium truck and they pulled me out. In my honest opinion they were worth the $600 it cost to pull me out. I will be suggesting them to everyone I know who ever needs a tow or pull around the Mt Vernon IL. I had a car that was totaled for insurance purposes and they paid $2000 more than the insurance company salvage value (and $1800 more than what an independent salvage yard offered). Overall a good experience and I would recommend. Subtracted a star because I was told I would receive a call back on three occasions and needed to call them after not receiving a call back, which was a bit frustrating but their systems are good so whoever I talked with had all info available and I never needed to repeat/provide prior information. Note: Be extra careful when completing the title. When printing my name (not the signature), I slipped and needed to overwrite the last letter of my name which then required a separate form to be completed to "correct the error" because they said the state would not accept the title with any errors/miscellaneous smudges.

I absolutely recommend this place!!!! Very friendly environment worth the trip! Especially when they asked us if we wanted free fuel, we thought they were joking but they were serious about the free fuel! That’s a blessing 10 out of 10⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️!!! Thank you guys JOLIET U-PULL-IT!!!

Recycling is important. The chart shows aluminum at $1.14/lb yesterday. I brought in 13 lb, they weighed it, gave me a paper for the office with 13lb noted. I was given $4. What excuse is even possible, please? I didn't have the #'s until today. But, I will NEVER be going back there.

BEWARE!! Horrible business price gouging!! I own my auto shop and I called 10/11/24 for a pick up bed and was told $900.I called the next day to confirm pick up and pricing, now they want 1,400. I asked why and they told me because they can! What type of business motto do they have? Stay away from this location!!

I just called in looking for a passenger side mirror for my 98 S10, was told they have one and quoted me a price of $40!!!!! Brand new one's on Rockauto are 12 bucks! I understand negotiating BUT if you're starting at 40 if they wanted to barter might end up at 25. For a used mirror......I won't be going here with such a ridiculous high price quoted.

Curtis went above and beyond for us. He was extremely professional, courteous and efficient. Our job ended up being much more complicated than normal, but he didn’t even ask for more money! I highly recommend him for vehicles, tough jobs and all heavy equipment that requires finesse.

Well I wasn't hanging around that long.Ran across Mervis Recycling and they were open. Fast and easy service. Aluminum cans were .80 cent's lb. I should have been recycling all along.

I just sold my junk car to ABC and the whole experience was great and went super smooth! From the lady (Lisa) that answered the phone whom I set up the pick appointment with, to the Tow Truck driver (Ricky) who picked up the car from my house. They both had amazing customer service and such a great, positive and professional attitude. Besides that, they offered the best offer for my car. Just know at times it's going to look rough when you may walk in. Yet, whenever you hit that door. They'll be performing on a scale of Chicago Gold Coast. It's more about respect for customers. Nothing but love and respect for this real Chicago hit Squad. Why would I say this ? They never miss when I walk in the building. If they don't have it, they will get it. Now, the best part they deliver the major part's. B & S is my favorite QC parts yard. They are always friendly, helpful, and reasonably priced. On more than one occasion they have saved my butt with parts. I highly recommend checking with them if you need parts!
