Our truck had a engine shut down and driver went into the ditch. We found Higginson Towing on NTTS breakdown. They arrived in 30 minutes. When they arrived they advised us that another truck was needed due to the amount of leaning our truck was doing. Like flicking superman they put on their cape and got it handled. They helped me with the paperwork I needed. They offered me a good price. I'll admit they were the second highest offer I got but the service made the difference. They came picked up the car and handed over the check at the same time.

I needed a mirror for my 02 trailblazer, while there I was looking for back doors also, mine were rusted out. Well I happened to come across one, and almost the same color. I paid a good price not going to reveal it, it was a little high, but not complaining the new door looks way better than the rust eaten one. If you don't want to pay more than $10 then leave your car as is.

Recycling is important. The chart shows aluminum at $1.14/lb yesterday. I brought in 13 lb, they weighed it, gave me a paper for the office with 13lb noted. I was given $4. What excuse is even possible, please? I didn't have the #'s until today. But, I will NEVER be going back there.

Guess the guy on the phone has a perfect memory. He must know everything thing they have in stock at all times without even checking. He is also a psychic and doesn't even need to know the kind of car you have to know they don't have the part. Amazing!

Well I wasn't hanging around that long.Ran across Mervis Recycling and they were open. Fast and easy service. Aluminum cans were .80 cent's lb. I should have been recycling all along.

Needed a headlight called around spoke with their rep was informed they had the part. However, after I drove there, I was turned away because they didn't have the part ready and they were closing. Miscommunication on their part cost me dearly. Horrible Edit: when I spoke to the rep, I was not told that otherwise; I would have gone to another location that could have helped. I told her I was coming in and got there 30 minutes before you closed. She failed to tell me any of that. She even explained that the part is on the shelf, but sitting in the warehouse no excuse in my eyes. but I appreciate your response. none the less, it cost me dearly.

Good guys I was in and out no time. Even though there was some issues with my tax ID number they worked it out with me right away and got me on my way

Called to see if they had a part I needed lady didn't even let me finish telling her what I needed when she busted out WE DONT HAVE ANY very bad customer service she should be fired that's not a way to answer your customers

B & S is my favorite QC parts yard. They are always friendly, helpful, and reasonably priced. On more than one occasion they have saved my butt with parts. I highly recommend checking with them if you need parts!
