I've been here quite often and more times than not, have found what I was looking for. They have a well laid layout of their cars and trucks with plenty of carts and hoists to get the heavy stuff around. I highly suggest you do a little research on the parts you're looking for on their website prior to going.On their vehicle locator you enter in the information and the website will tell you exactly what row(s) the vehicle in question is in. Or you can do like me and walk the entire yard searching for the parts on your own. I have admittedly gone here without looking for anything particular just to look around and see what "treasures" I could find when I was bored on a day off. Well I did find a decent box fan and then remembered I needed a few minor parts for my truck and found them too.Not too long ago my wife's car took a turn for the worse after it massively overheated and blew a head gasket also warping the head... We called them to come and get the car and they paid us very fair price for it. "C" the tow truck driver was very professional and not only on time for the pick up, but even 10 minutes early too... Awesome place... Awesome Staff and I will continue to be a customer there !!!

I absolutely love these guys!! A driver from this place came out to Kankakee to get my van I destroyed and I was late and he even had to drive to a different lot to get the van!! He did not once complain!! Nikko is an awesome and amazing and patient tow driver. I appreciate everything he did!! I will definitely only continue to use these guys!! Everyone Shouldn

you want a yard smack dab in the middle of the hood this is the yard for you... you can enjoy your new part you just spent an hour pulling by getting met in the parking lot and getting shot forever ruining your amazing experience and your new used part

Went to buy two tires off bargain tire rack, they were $8 a piece on the sticker on tires, tried charging almost $60 for used tires on steel wheels. Bullshlt pricing/advertising

My husband and I went there yesterday for find some parts for our car. They had exactly what we were looking for. The cashiers at the front are very helpful. Sonia gave us a list of all the vehicles they had.. Definitely saved us time. We love this place!

I have had a great experience at Joliet U pull it. Prices are fair & Ethan is the most welcoming employee ever. He always has a smile on his face & is beyond helpful. That dude deserves a raise!!

Joliet U Pull It is very organized. After checking in I told the gentleman what car I needed parts for. He proceeded to give me a print out of every vehicle of that make and model that was in his yard. The print out told me what row those vehicles were located. The yard was very organized and all of the aisles are marked. I quickly found the vehicles on the list and found what I needed at a fair price. Great yard.

Fantastic and friendly service here. Ethan was helping me out at the register and he made me and my brother's day! Despite not finding all the parts that I needed, Ethan's positivity made the trip entirely worth it.
