Needed a rim and tire, the guy said he'd have it the next day and would call me back, the next day came never got called back. I called them, got a ton of excuses as to why it wasn't pulled yet. The next day I tried calling about 5 times no answer, the next day they answered after the 3rd or 4th time I called and again assured me they'd call when it was ready to be picked up, that was over a week ago, still I haven't gotten a call. So I ended up buying a brand new rim online wayyyy cheaper than what this guy was gonna charge for a used one.

I had to go off road in the snow to avoid hitting an SUV that stopped suddenly in front of me. They got to me within 15-20 min to pull me out of the snow. Reasonable price. Knowledgeable and polite tech. Hopefully won’t have to use them again but it’s nice to know they are out there doing good work.

Was trying to sell my car but the guy at the phone was just rude. I can’t believe you can talk to a person like that. response to owner: It wasn't an issue of quote or being directed to call somewhere else. It was the problem of whoever was at the phone that day, talking in a demeaning way as if I was hard of hearing.

Tyler has provided a great service to me. I am not a business owner, but bought an old vehicle with parts to replace and bought a pair of seats with him. One of them came with a defect and he made it right and kept transparent communication with me. I appreciate you and looking forward to hearing from you when you find the seat I need.

Been a customer over 20 year's absolutely Wonderful employees and very best prices anywhere. I visit just a few times each year and always find what I need on the super cheap. No entrance fee price less than half of others I look at online to compare. Needed a rear leather half of seat Buick Rendevous. All other places $75 to $100 got it $25 WOW fantastic. Last year got a Hood, Grill, Fender and Headlight for $77 damn good deal, other places wanted a hundred bucks just for the hood. That was for a Dodge Dakota even got the same color how cool. I was selling my vehicle through theclunkerjunker.com and I was given this company to have my vehicle picked up between 4pm and 5pm. I waited until 4:40 and asked for an eta, he said someone would be there shortly. Another hour passes. I try calling back and get no answer or phone call from a driver. Won't be going through them again

Fantastic service , went above and beyond to get me everything I needed right down to bolts and nuts for everything I purchased, definitely will use again ,thank you great service .

Amazing small hometown feel….After scheduling a Western pro plus install I ran into a hiccup and had to then reschedule only 2 days before appointment. Everyone I spoke to was still very kind and told me no problem. I was told they needed to plan for a full day to install on my 21 year old truck. To my surprise they were done in what seemed like half a day. The installation was very professionally done I am so happy with the results.Another business I deal with in my hometown 1 & 1/2 hours away from Traverse City had 4 installs on there trucks and highly recommended Art’s. ⭐ If I could give this place zero stars, I would. This is strictly for the manly sounding gruff woman who answers the phone. My husband was in a devastating motorcycle accident 3 days ago and is currently in the Trauma ICU fighting for his life. I called this tow yard to find out if they had his bike. I was completely drained, having been at the hospital by his side nonstop. The woman who answered the phone showed no human decency, no compassion, and no understanding whatsoever. I understand you need the VIN number to look up a vehicle, but her tone was beyond rude and insensitive. When I asked a general question about whether they charge daily storage fees even if a bike is totaled, she just repeated, “I need the VIN number,” over and over with complete disregard for the situation I was in. When I tried to explain again, she cut me off with a nasty attitude saying, “For the 3rd time, I told you I need the VIN number.” And when I finally lost my composure and told her how rude she was being, she sarcastically asked me, “Are you done?” I replied, “No, are you?” and she snapped back, “I’m about to be.” I get that businesses have policies, but where is your humanity? I didn’t call to waste your time; I called because my husband is in critical condition after buying this bike and crashing less than an hour later. All I wanted was a general answer about your policies while I try to handle everything else falling apart in my life right now. Bottom line: If you want to be treated with dignity and compassion in a traumatic situation, do not expect it from this place. They may know how to tow a vehicle, but they clearly don’t know how to treat people like human beings.

I just spoke with the owner and he told me that the website pretending to be his shop is trying to scam people. This is a real business in Muskegon with good people, don't fall for the fake website scam.
