Wonderful experience! My girlfriend and I went to get a spare tire, and everyone was very helpful and friendly, they weren’t sure if they had it but looked around even though they were busy and ended up finding one for us! It was a really affordable price and everyone was patient while we called and price checked other locations, turned out they had the best deal. 10/10 would go again!!

I had to go off road in the snow to avoid hitting an SUV that stopped suddenly in front of me. They got to me within 15-20 min to pull me out of the snow. Reasonable price. Knowledgeable and polite tech. Hopefully won’t have to use them again but it’s nice to know they are out there doing good work.

Was trying to sell my car but the guy at the phone was just rude. I can’t believe you can talk to a person like that. response to owner: It wasn't an issue of quote or being directed to call somewhere else. It was the problem of whoever was at the phone that day, talking in a demeaning way as if I was hard of hearing.

Ordered hybrid battery, sold power unit. 5 hour round trip for nothing. Posting updated: although the yard guys made a big mistake, the counterman was very apologetic and honorable in resolving the situation. Now very pleased with their business. Even if they don't have the part I need sometimes it's just fun walking around there. A little bit of shopping for everybody especially in the front office you never know what you're going to find I need to use junk tables. Staff is always helpful an entirely friendly. Probably best deal on used tires you're going to find you pick them yourself.

I was selling my vehicle through theclunkerjunker.com and I was given this company to have my vehicle picked up between 4pm and 5pm. I waited until 4:40 and asked for an eta, he said someone would be there shortly. Another hour passes. I try calling back and get no answer or phone call from a driver. Won't be going through them again

Had an issue going into a holiday weekend, they could not help me at that time. They provided me with another option to help me based on timing. Lost a sale to help out, much appreciated!!!

Amazing small hometown feel….After scheduling a Western pro plus install I ran into a hiccup and had to then reschedule only 2 days before appointment. Everyone I spoke to was still very kind and told me no problem. I was told they needed to plan for a full day to install on my 21 year old truck. To my surprise they were done in what seemed like half a day. The installation was very professionally done I am so happy with the results.Another business I deal with in my hometown 1 & 1/2 hours away from Traverse City had 4 installs on there trucks and highly recommended Art’s. While launching my boat at an unimproved dirt boat ramp on the Grand River my vehicle (minivan) rolled back and I could not get out. The water was right to the top of the rear bumper within an inch of flooding into the rear hatch. I shut the car off. The boat was already off the trailer and I unhooked the trailer and was able to drag it to the side. I was afraid the current might catch it and pull my vehicle further and deeper. My wife and I chocked the front tires with a large tree branch and used a tow strap to secure the vehicle to a nearby tree. I Googled tow services near me and called Reed & Hopped. As soon as I explained to the dispatcher my predicament she said someone would be there in 20 minutes. Nicholas the tow truck driver was there in 8 minutes in a cloud of dust and flashing lights! Nicholas winched me out and left my vehicle further up the incline to let any water drain out of the exhaust. The tailpipe had been at least half a foot under water. Luckily my vehicle started right up and I don't believe any water got into the passenger compartment, but if you had seen it half sunk in the river you'd be as amazed as me. Nicolas was kind, courteous, professional and knowledgeable. Also the truck was probably the cleanest and most organized tow truck I've ever seen. Disaster was averted. I just spoke with the owner and he told me that the website pretending to be his shop is trying to scam people. This is a real business in Muskegon with good people, don't fall for the fake website scam.
