Amazing small hometown feel….After scheduling a Western pro plus install I ran into a hiccup and had to then reschedule only 2 days before appointment. Everyone I spoke to was still very kind and told me no problem. I was told they needed to plan for a full day to install on my 21 year old truck. To my surprise they were done in what seemed like half a day. The installation was very professionally done I am so happy with the results.Another business I deal with in my hometown 1 & 1/2 hours away from Traverse City had 4 installs on there trucks and highly recommended Art’s. Nov. 26, 2021. I made a purchase (purchase #1). I told the guy at the counter 3x it was to be tax exempt. He rang it up as taxable.Nov 27, 2021. I returned the cores from purchase#1 and pointed out that I was charged tax. The guy said "Yea,vgee I don't know how to fix that. Rather than call someone over who could fix it. He refunded the credit. Re rang the sale. The result on my bank account is I am charged 2x for the purchase. Until the refund posts to my account.Dec 1 2021. I contacted them that I still have not seen the refund credit to my account. I was told it's your bank. Blah blah blah. They didn't bother to look into itDec 3 2021. I made another purchase (purchase #2). I was charged twice for that purchase. And assured that the second charge will be off my account by tge end of the day. I also informed them about purchase#1 still has not posted to my account. Again told it's your bank. Not us. Didn't bother to take the time to look into it.Dec 6 2021. Neither purchase 1 or 2 have posted to my account. Contacted them. Again same story. Not our fault Didn't bother to take the time to look into it.Dec 7 2021. Called again. Demaded a manager. When I got a call back. She finnall after 4 times looked into it. Oops we posted the refund to the wrong account. The second charge for purchase 2 came off my account. By tge end of the day I see I was charged a third time for the original purchase on Nov 2Dec 8 2021. Called again. Was told. Yea, I ran that aa a charge. Im so sorry. But both should come off you account in a few more days.But we will give you a $50 off your next purchase. Only if you talk to whoever it was she said. Fat chance that will happen.Plus not having the funds available because I was charged over and over has cost me way more than $50.My advice. Stay away. If you do have to go there. Watch your back. Check your invoice before you pay and after. They definitely need training on paying attention and getting it right the first time. As well as hiw to use their computer system.

Had a great experience at Arts auto with my 2020 GMC Denali. They put an amazing mvp3 plow in stainless steal on and it looks amazing. It was adjusted to perfection and looks great.
