Amazing small hometown feel….After scheduling a Western pro plus install I ran into a hiccup and had to then reschedule only 2 days before appointment. Everyone I spoke to was still very kind and told me no problem. I was told they needed to plan for a full day to install on my 21 year old truck. To my surprise they were done in what seemed like half a day. The installation was very professionally done I am so happy with the results.Another business I deal with in my hometown 1 & 1/2 hours away from Traverse City had 4 installs on there trucks and highly recommended Art’s. Always had great service and they normally carry better quality than the box stores. I'm not here much because of deliveries but most times chatty Kathy strikes up a conversation about something. Great parts guy, but how does Bill get anything done during the average day? 🤔
