She only needed the title and the keys...A1 Abbeys came out same day to get the car. She signed it over--- they paid her for the car and that was it....they were very courteous and professional.I would definitely recommend this company.

Can I give less than one star? I was told to meet STEVE at my vehicle at 3:00PM. I called him at 3:05, having arrived 15 minutes early to clean out the truck. He answered saying he's already come and gone and told me my vehicle is not the model I stated. Although the make and model are listed right on the vehicle. He continued to say he will not be coming back but would like $200 for it. (How can I exchange a vehicle for cash without the person present?) He then hung up on me and texted me saying it was not the correct model. He then said "Thanks for wasting my time" HE MADE AN APPOINTMENT WITH ME DID NOT SHOW UP AND THEN TOOD ME I WASTED HIS TIME.... the man can't read the make and model listed on a vehicle. He hung up on a customer to then text them rude comments, to the point I HAD TO BLOCK HIM. Nevertheless AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!!! Unprofessional, harrassment, incompetent, and a DISGRACE to the business...
