If it weren't for the lady in the office being genuinely helpful, it would be a 1 star. My Audi was treated like salvage or a repo. My car was covered in greasy hand prints, and the rims were scuffed up on both sides. The tow hook was broken off in the bumper.. When I came home, I found my car rolled against my porch, crushing a garbage can, and the body kit damaged. Avoid this company unless you're into expensive unskilled nonsense. As a career firefighter of 14 years, I've seen a lot of talented tow companies.. this is not one of them.

This is my favorite place to cash my scrap metal in. Usually the highest prices for metals. Fast and friendly service. Very organized and very clean to be a recycling center.If you haven't tried them, I suggest you make the drive to Flowood and give them a try.

Did not buy a vehicle here, we rent a storage unit from them. Very nice people!

Sold me a broken starter, then (a year later..never installed) told me that they could not help. This was after I drove 20 miles on my only day off.

The lady in the office is the ONLY REASON Im giving this place 4 stars. The guy in the warehouse where you take aluminum, iron, brass etc. is ALWAYS RUDE! WE were told twice that the warehouse was closed BY THE GUY WHO RUNS THE WAREHOUSE...

Highly recommend that anyone living in the Metropolitan New Orleans area in need of Corvette parts to check with Dino's Corvette Salvage. Dino is up front, honest and extremely knowledgeable about corvettes. Just a conversation with Dino was informative and worth the drive from New Orleans to Picayune. His customer service is second to none and informative, he knows vettes. I really appreciate how Dino went out of his way to help me... no regrets in referring to Dino as a friend.

Service here is great and the employees are the most helpful respectful very nice people. Would rather go here than PGM any day my husband worked at a scrap yard for years and they respected his knowledge instead of trying to challenge it like PGM trying to screw us and give us something else that pays pennies then what you really have when you tell them you know what you have PGM will tell you well I'll buy it for diecast or whatever is paying Wayyy cheaper like they tried to do is with our brass a few times and other metals!! Federal Autocat will get my business from here own out the only thing PGM pays good for is catalytic converters but everything else they will screw you on.

Essay recycling was very unprofessional that a computer failure when we were there and most likely it was them wanting to close up and leave for the day anybody else looking to recycle anything last minute I suggest you get some boxes for free from the USPS and send your items to Rockaway recycling in New Jersey or try entering recycling in foxworth.

I called on 9/24/24 asked about a part for a Cadillac was told he had one. It was wrecked but I wanted to see the part. He said come on up. I came the building is locked up I sit for 30 mins. He wouldn't answer the phone or check to see if there were customers this is 10 am on a Tuesday morning hours are 9-5pm. Very unprofessional I came from another city.

PLEASE DO NOT GO TO THIS BUSINESS. THIS GUY IS SO UNPROFESSIONAL. He had been communicating with my son about a part that he needed for his car. The guy said that he had the part so we headed out to get it. This was almost an hour drive for us. I put the address that's listed online but when we arrived there it was not a junk yard at all it was a plaza with office buildings. So I called the guy and he told me that he was at another location in Memphis and that he would text me the address when he take the part off. I NEVER HEARD FROM THIS MAN AGAIN. All my calls and my son's calls went unanswered. Why would he have us drive all the way up there for absolutely nothing.

I love this place. They are nice, easy to deal with, and more reasonably priced. Hands down I will choose to do buisness with this establishment before any other.

I havent used them recently but I have used them in the past. Thay have always shown up with little wait time. I believe the price of towing was $75 which ain't to bad..they didnt damage my vehicle and delivered it to my house without a scratch! Great service! Towed my car AND had it repaired in an hour.....after 8pm at night!!! Price was excellent! The nicest guys you'll EVER meet. And fair. I'll be back!!!
