The lady in the office is the ONLY REASON Im giving this place 4 stars. The guy in the warehouse where you take aluminum, iron, brass etc. is ALWAYS RUDE! WE were told twice that the warehouse was closed BY THE GUY WHO RUNS THE WAREHOUSE...

We took a load of aluminum and guy pointed from bulldozer (without getting off) showing us where to unload. Realized when I looked at receipt we had been paid $13 for tin. When I called to let them know an hour after I saw it, I was told it was “too late”. Just be careful and know what you have to sell and check to see if you are being paid correctly if you use them.

Absolutely stunning horrible after waiting for 15 minutes to get waited on I had to call the office twice and complain. Then I had to lay down on the horn to get the guy to get off of the machine he was on and cone help me then he honked his horn angrily back at me and had a smart mouth when he finally did come
