I purchased an alternator the week before Christmas. My mechanic ensured that all connections were good and in working order as well as brought a new battery before contacting them for an alternator. The customer service I felt was wonderful that day. The reason I am giving it a star. The alternator was installed and it worked fine for a week and a half. It has now gone out. I have contacted them and have been told that since they tested it before I purchased that it is non refundable and I can’t have an exchange.

Helped me out of a pinch. I appreciate it. I gave the pick up and drop off location over the phone and was told I had to pay $175. After my car was told to the destination I was told since it was out of the city it was $3 per mile which ended up being $214. That was my only issue. I still appreciate them and would do business with them again. Thanks S & E.

If it weren't for the lady in the office being genuinely helpful, it would be a 1 star. My Audi was treated like salvage or a repo. My car was covered in greasy hand prints, and the rims were scuffed up on both sides. The tow hook was broken off in the bumper.. When I came home, I found my car rolled against my porch, crushing a garbage can, and the body kit damaged. Avoid this company unless you're into expensive unskilled nonsense. As a career firefighter of 14 years, I've seen a lot of talented tow companies.. this is not one of them.
