This place is amazing! If you are looking for parts for your car or just tinkering around this is the Michales, & Joann’s for cars. You can also call ahead to verify that they have the vehicle make and model on the lot before driving over. They do have you sign a waiver before entering but that was quick. It is a $2 per person entrance fee but that is good for all day! Even if you have to leave and return. Make sure to bring your own tools even if you don’t plan to do any major pulling because you never know what you will find! I was amazed that they have a 30 day return policy, so if you buy the wrong part or it doesn’t work, just keep your receipt. They have lots of tires available!

My visit was ok, I told them the part I wanted and they pointed me to the location I would find the vehicle. I started the LONG walk and found the car. Plastics were all torn out of it, very annoying that people would do this as those plastics are worth something to someone. But anyway I found the part in the broken plastics in a couple of pieces. I put it all back together. And started my trek back it had a broken tab but whatever it is better than what I had. Got back to the office and their was a new guy there I'm guessing the owner(?). We haggled on price and before I left he said something that ticked me off a bit next time you should ask before you pulled it. Seriously? You had no inventory of this part how was I supposed to know? Go find the part go back and tell you you have the part and then go back and get it? Maybe you should take more concern with people tearing up good parts to get to what they need. Says he'll get me on the next one. He got me last time on the gauge cluster I bought for $20 more than I should have because I had to have it right then. 5 stars for having the part and letting me walk down there -2 for the attitude.

Good customer service! BUT I’m annoyed I could have ordered a part for my car 2 days ago but I didn’t because there website said they had my part. So I waited all weekend for them to open Monday to call to find out they don’t have my part. The website really need to be updated if that’s the case. Now I have to order one and it’s going to take 1 week to get here when I could have ordered it two days ago. Love having no car!

Came here with my family to sell our car and the salesman rob was so rude. He didn’t even acknowledge us. And then the entire time had a nasty attitude. Please avoid this rob at all costs! Customer service at his old age he should be more than aware of how he should act!. He needs maybe a training class.

They have prices listed for airbags on their website but say they aren't allowed to sell them after you go through the trouble of finding and picking them out of the yard.

I have delivered auto parts there bout 3 times. Open back of Container and think this is gonna take hours to unload. Nope they work real hard there to get unloading in about hour and a half.

Only yard in town that had what I needed, & more than 1 of them to boot. From what I saw, there's a selection from newer models to classics. Staff was extremely helpful & polite. Not as neat as pick and pull, but what do you expect? It is a junkyard after all. I will call before Pick and Pull it Foss U Pull It any day. UPDATE: Not only a great yard with a vast selection, they are also truly honest. I'm just leaving their yard from picking up my cordless ($400) impact wrench I had forgotten yesterday. Always a good experience here. Employees are nice, they get you in and out quick and you get your payment, right there. Also, they usually have the best prices. Highly recommend.

Had 6,000lbs of steel in the trailer, maybe a couple hundred pounds of that was dirt but was told they couldn't pay me for any of it. Magnet operator was a nice enough guy but kindness doesn't pay. So don't bring any steel or rehar from cleaning up a jobsite here unless you want to give it away. Almost forgot to mention that I called and talked to the scalehouse ahead of time, and then when I got there the woman in there told me to head to the back and get unloaded rather than checking if there was too much dirt in it like I had called and asked.

I will say KAR towing is completely in the right to tow illegally parked cars. However there is no reason to be blatantly rude and on top of that extremely unprofessional I hope I never have to come into contact with this business ever again
